She called customer service and they couldn't reach anyone either. 25 minutes later she was still sitting in the parking lot trying to find another place to go, and the manager came to the door and said the technician didn't show up for work and the manager didn't answer the door or phone because he was in a meeting. So it was better to leave the customer sitting outside all morning with no idea what was going on instead of stepping out of the meeting for a minute to at least explain. She ultimately went elsewhere, and from now on I will too.
