  Great place! They got me in early, took a nail out of my tire, plugged it, and wouldn't even let me pay. Really cool and professional team. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

  If I could give Tire Warehouse zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment, planned my day around it, and then was contacted the day of my appointment and told it needed to be rescheduled. While it was frustrating, I tried to be understanding because I know things happen. Unfortunately, the second appointment was somehow even worse. I once again rearranged my schedule and drove to the store, expecting them to honor the appointment they had already rescheduled once. After I had already shown up, I was informed that they couldn’t take my vehicle and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled again. So not only did they cancel on me twice, but the second time they wasted my gas, my time, and my entire trip to the store. An appointment is supposed to mean something. Customers take time off work, arrange transportation, and plan their day around these commitments. Apparently, Tire Warehouse doesn’t value their customers’ time at all. There was no sense of urgency, no real apology, and no effort to make things right. Instead, I was expected to just accept another inconvenience as if my time had no value. The lack of organization and communication is unbelievable. If your shop can’t keep appointments or accurately schedule work, then don’t offer appointments in the first place. It’s incredibly disrespectful to expect customers to repeatedly change their plans because of poor management. After wasting my time twice, I completely lost confidence in this business. There are too many tire shops that actually respect their customers to put up with this kind of treatment. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. If Tire Warehouse can’t honor appointments they’ve scheduled themselves, I wouldn’t trust them with my tires either.

  Usually, my husband and I have a very good experience at this store. Today wiped all of that good away. The tech working on my car had an attitude from the very beginning. He was rude and extremely stand off-ish. Aaron, on the front desk, went on a political rant in front of customers. If he honestly believes that working on a Saturday is equivalent to being a “modern day slave”…. Maybe customer service isn’t the right job. I do believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but maybe read the room before sharing it. Even the customer before us, apologized for the employees behavior.
