  Went in expecting to pay a lot for 4 tires for my wife’s car. She had a screw in her tire and while it was just one she has AWD so usually you need to replace all the tires. The woman at the desk said maybe they can patch it and save some money. The man came in and had a half inch screw that he removed and the fixed the tire. Then they didn’t even charge us. Took about 15 minutes total and that was it. Could’ve gotten us for $700+ but they were honest, quick, and friendly.

  It was a rainy Sunday morning when we stopped at tire warehouse in Hooksett NH with a slow leaking tire. There aren't too many places open on a Sunday that are willing to be so accommodating!! He found a small broken screw embedded in the tire and fixed it at no charge only because we had had to wait a bit since they were busy with another customer. The wait time was minimal since we needed to have our tire fixed before the work week began. We would recommend them to anyone that needs expert and professional service in the area. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!

  I found a nail in my tire today and was already in a time crunch. With it being a holiday weekend, I immediately panicked thinking everywhere would be closed or I wouldn’t be able to get it taken care of. Tire Warehouse was available, got me in right away, and took care of my tire at no charge! I’m so grateful for how quick, helpful, and kind they were. They completely turned around what could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you so much I will be recommending Tire Warehouse to others!

  Hands down best tire shop around! I have always used Tire Warehouse in the past and the one time I didn’t I instantly regretted it, they ended up saving the day anyways! A different “reputable” tire shop installed tires on my truck and closed for the day as soon as they were done with my truck. On my way home my truck violently shook as soon as I got on the highway. Of course this company was closed the next 2 days due to it being Sunday and a holiday on Monday. I called Tire Warehouse on Sunday morning and they got me right in. They were super personable and took the time to show me what was going on. My tires were severely unbalanced, about an average of 7oz overweight per tire! Tire Warehouse had me in and out and went above and beyond! I will now be giving all my future business to Tire Warehouse!!

  I’ve used Tire Warehouse, specifically this location, for many years and have recommended them to others. I don’t know if there has been a complete change in management or just a change in how this location operates, but my experience this time was horrible. I booked an appointment over the phone with what I believe was an AI receptionist. I verified the tires, date, and appointment time. When I arrived and handed over my keys, the man at the desk said, “4 Continentals.” I told him no, I had booked Falkens. He mumbled something about the Falkens not being as good as the Continentals and told me the Continentals were $265 per tire—$1,060 for four. Since they didn’t have the tires I actually booked, he offered $25 off each tire. That should have brought the four tires to $960, before whatever normal disposal or installation fees might apply. I have two young kids and arranging another drop-off would have been a hassle, so I reluctantly agreed to let them install the Continentals. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t. When I returned to pick up the car, the experience got significantly worse. The guy at the desk was on a Bluetooth call and could barely be bothered to acknowledge me. He simply pointed at the credit card terminal for me to pay. There wasn’t even a total displayed—just “swipe card.” I finally got his attention and asked what the total was. $1,299. I asked how we got from the price we discussed to $1,299. Instead of explaining the bill, he turned his back and continued his Bluetooth conversation. It actually became awkward because he was talking to the person on the phone while I was trying to ask questions, and at one point I couldn’t even tell whether he was answering me or the person on his headset. I eventually asked for a printed invoice because I wanted to understand where the additional $339 above the $960 tire price came from. At that point I paid because I was over the entire experience and wanted to get home. When a customer is standing inside your business spending nearly $1,300, getting off a Bluetooth call long enough to acknowledge them and explain the bill seems like a pretty reasonable expectation. The whole experience left me feeling like I had been baited into the store with one set of tires and then pushed into a more expensive set, only to end up with a bill substantially higher than the price discussed. Whether that was intentional or simply terrible communication, I can only judge the experience I had—and it was bad enough that I won’t be back. That’s particularly disappointing because this location used to be the exact opposite. I’ve been a customer for years, I run a small business myself, and I’ve recommended this Tire Warehouse to other people. I can’t possibly recommend them anymore.
