  Overall a good experience for the most part. Scheduling was quite confusing & got rescheduled about 3 times & ended up having to drop my vehicle off in the end instead of the at home service, which is no big deal, but still should mention. Windshield replacement itself came out great & well aligned, mirror is a few inches lower than it originally was, which again, can be overlooked. What can’t be overlooked is now my truck having water damage in the electrical components from the incompetence of the employee who decided to break the clips on my windshield cowl, leave it hanging & misaligned so when i popped open the hood to add washer fluid part of that just snapped. All the rest of the clips that aren’t now broken are missing and the cowl kinda just flops around. And the entire cowl weatherstripping was just left on top of the engine, pics attached. Would recommend checking out other locations. I’ve personally had way more luck with the Windham location.

  Whenever I have a car glass issue, these guys are the best to deal with. They take care of all the insurance (if your company is aligned), and friendly and professional to work with. Best of all they're quick and do an excellent job.

  I took my vehicle to Safelite Auto Glass in Hooksett today and came away very pleased with their service and the end result. They replaced my windshield after it had been hit by a rock that left a good mark that continued to spider. I got an appointment very quickly and the work they did and their polite and helpful customer service were wonderful. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and they let me know promptly when it was done. And an added touch was that they even removed the stickers (oil change and inspection) from the broken windshield and put them on the new one!!! I would give them more than five stars if I could. And I will recommend them to everyone.

  Extremely clean space and everyone there was respectful. I arrived a few minutes late but they assured me it wasn’t an issue; they even had my car done within the 90 minutes I was quoted for. Paying the deductible was quick and easy as well. Hopefully I won’t need any more glasswork done in the future, but if I do, I know where to go. Before and after photos attached.
