  Overall a good experience. When initially calling to schedule break service, we were quoted extremely low. Going into the appointment, we had a different expectation for price. The call center for Monro is in a completely different country, so their estimated pricing is completely inaccurate. Mike at Monro was great. Was honest about what we needed done. We had to wait longer than expected because other workers didn’t come in for their shift. Mike prioritized our car and was good to work with.

  Went in for a much-needed oil change and Anthony and his co-workers were great. Very friendly, professional and completed the oil change and safety inspection in a timely manner. Will highly recommend.

  So went to monro to get a flat fixed bought tire and. Install was a great price went a month later and got the same tire and install but for 2 and the price was almost triple the other price there was no one there and it took almost 2 hours for 2 tires then the folded the underside plastics backwards and I got home and noticed the lug nuts were loose on the new tires like loose enough to remove with my bare hands they were nice and pleasant but every other aspect was not great

  🚨 UPDATE: UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE! If I could give them a double-zero star rating, I would, but unfortunately, Google forces me to give at least one star. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT! STAY AWAY! I am updating my previous review because this place has gone completely downhill and their sheer ignorance cost me hundreds of dollars. I brought my car here because it was jerking. The mechanic on duty showed absolute ignorance and zero diagnostic skills. Instead of finding the actual issue, he started messing around with my brake caliper for absolutely no reason. I trusted them and paid $258 for a completely wrong and useless repair, and the car kept jerking exactly as before! To make matters worse, his careless and unprofessional work actually sabotaged and destroyed my perfectly good brake caliper. A week later, the caliper failed completely due to his damage, and I was forced to pay $410 out of pocket at another shop (Dyna Tune) just to replace the part that Monro broke! The biggest joke? When a real, professional mechanic at Dyna Tune checked the car, the entire jerking issue turned out to be just the spark plugs! A basic maintenance item that any real mechanic would check first. Monro Hooksett has lost all their experienced mechanics, and they now hire completely untrained people who treat customers' cars as experiments. They will waste your time, stress you out, misdiagnose your car, and break your good parts. My experience here cost me $668 in wasted money and damages. Save your money and your safety, and NEVER trust them with your car!
