  So I bought my 2020 Audi Q3 three years ago and I still have it today. I still love driving it when I first bought it I wasn’t sure I originally wanted to get a Lexus, but the payments were way too high and the vehicle is a little too big for me cause I don’t have kids. I just have a dog and they showed me A smaller SUV that was the Audi Q3. I never wanted a gray car, but because this Audi has green metal, flake in it in it in the sunlight shows off like a olive green and green to my favorite color I was sold on it. It lived its life in Tampa, Florida. It was a two owner. The mileage was like 48,000 all Highway miles and the undercarriage was super clean not a bit of rust and I took it for a long test drive and I still wasn’t quite sure I told him I would take it. I signed it took it home. It took me a while to get used to it but now I can’t part with it They made it super easy I was in and out in a an hour .

  The best salesman around! Richard Roy!! I had an amazing experience working with this salesman from start to finish. He went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable throughout the entire process. He was honest, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was his customer service — he took the time to answer every question, kept great communication, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. He made everything smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much effort into making sure their customers leave happy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Definitely a 5-star experience and I’ll be sending friends and family his way.

  This place is an absolute joke work false advertisement bad credit no credit is all a lie!!!!! I have okay credit with a cosigner and left without a vehicle!!! Plus all the vehicles on the lot the insides were all disgusting! Never again will I try this place! This is my 3rd try over the years and still nothing. You can keep your dirty cars and shitty service!

  The staff is nice enough. However a priced vehicle for $18,400.00 with their $1000.00 discount making the $17,400.00. My trade in priced at $7000.00 The remaining price on the vehicle quoted to me was $13,000. I offered $9,500.00 Which is 1,6,500.00. which is only $900.00 away from the total. I only ask that if they are advertising at $18,400.00. That they at least try and match the price. I was e-mailed explaining they could go over the price again. Their numbers of a trade in vehicle of $7,000.00 and a remaining price offered to me is $13000 for a total of $20,000.00 not 18,400.00. P.S. don't sell it as a discount of a thousand dollars if it is higher then advertised. Maybe don't offer it to begin with! Unhappily yours!

  Went in to trade my Mercedes Benz and I was greeted by Kary, I told him what I was looking for and he said those are nice cars but for your lifestyle the best fit for you would be the Nissan Altima. He was very nice, and very professional. We went over numbers he helped me through the process and made the transaction work. I walked out with my dream car. Thank you again Kary for your patience and helping me through the process of getting me in my new car.
