  Richard Roy was the salesperson that helped me. He made the experience relaxing and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and listened to my concerns and needs. He made the experience as easy as I could have hoped. Everything went smoothly and was a good deal. I would visit him for my next purchase. Elias in the financial services department was also personable and helpful.

  Decent pricing but they’ll give you an estimate for your trade just to come in at half of it and have absolutely zero negotiation. Plus the first truck I looked at had lifter noise (‘24 Cummins) and they did not care at all just wanted me to look at something different. They were completely unwilling to budge at all on pricing or trade value and did not care for any of the concerns I brought up with the second truck I looked at. I was ready to buy a truck today and left with such a bad taste in my mouth I will never give this place a dime. Even the slightest care for my concerns or willingness to make numbers work we would have been willing to put more down or add a co-signer to help but the lack of any sort of concern or willingness to make a deal turned us off completely.

  I have purchased a few cars at merchants auto it’s always been pleasant easy and the best part about merchants. Auto is that they help everybody that needs to get into a vehicle no matter what your credit score is it’s simple and easy very family oriented and the staff is always working together to get you the best deal to put you in the car that’s right for you. And your family Merchants auto also takes care of your registration your finance and payment arrangements very convenient for the customer you drive away knowing everything is taken care of thank you again merchant Auto.
