  Heat shield bent on my car and was dragging and it got towed here, they fixed it within 10 minutes of me showing up and didn't even charge because it was a quick fix. Great service!

  I got a flat tire on my way to go camping with my family on Saturday night, but luckily Corey, the manager, was a real hero. He had that tire fixed and ready in less than 20 minutes, so I could get back on the road and keep enjoying my family time. Oh, and by the way, Corey's service dog, Pearl, is just adorable!

  Had 4 tires, brakes, alignment done in Feb at this location. On Sunday the car started making noise, brought it into the dealership and found out I had 2 blown wheel bearings and the car was severely out of alignment. The dealership replaced the bearings but I came back to this location for the alignment, rotation and balancing. Turns out several of the lugs were stripped including the wheel locks ( this had to have been a result of the Feb work). I was advised that everyone who worked there in Feb was gone and it was a whole new crew. The new folks were courteous and knocked a few bucks off the alignment and told me a regional manager would call me, but so far nothing. My trust in you has been greatly lowered. I have not written any negative reviews yet but I'm planning to as the small savings is not worth the Jiffy Lube type randomness. I spent two days running around trying to get everything fixed. After spending 2200 dollars in Feb I thought everything was good. I have all the paperwork on the work in Feb and to the dealership this week. Open to talking about this.
