- CDCharlton DawesApr 10, 20261.0Went for an alignment schedule for 8 AM. The alignment tech wasn’t available till 10 AM no one informed me of this when I made the appointment. They claimed they weren’t able to get the outer tie rod to move. They quoted me $500 with the alignment to replace an outer tie rod It’s a $70 part. So I took the vehicle home was able to loosen the tie rod up in my driveway with very little effort after they told me, they tried everything and couldn’t get it to budge. One bright side they did realign the vehicle at no charge after the impossible complete. In the end a 30 minute alignment ended up taking most of my day it cost $130 and the car still pulls to the left.
