  I cannot recommend Rick's Motorcycle Enterprises, Inc. highly enough. I have been bringing my motorcycles here for service for years, and every experience has been outstanding. The team is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and genuinely passionate about motorcycles. What sets Rick's apart is the time they take with their customers. They don't just repair your bike and send you on your way. They carefully explain the issues, walk you through what needs to be done, and make sure you understand the repairs before any work begins. Once the work is completed, they take the time to explain exactly what was fixed, what to watch for in the future, and how to properly care for and maintain your motorcycle. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Their transparency and integrity are second to none. They always provide an itemized bill, so you know exactly where your money is going. One thing that has always impressed me is their honesty when it comes to parts and repairs. Rick's sells a great selection of quality new and used motorcycle parts, so it would be easy for them to recommend replacing parts whenever possible. Instead, they often do the opposite. They will go out of their way to inspect, repair, restore, or reuse existing parts whenever it can be done safely and reliably. Their goal is not to sell you parts you don't need, but to keep your motorcycle running properly while saving you as much money as possible. Many shops make more money by replacing parts unnecessarily, but Billy, Sarah, and their team focus on what is actually best for the customer. If a part truly needs replacement for safety, reliability, or performance reasons, they will tell you. If a part can safely be repaired or saved, they will invest the extra time and effort to make that happen. They never compromise safety, but they also never waste your money. That combination of honesty, expertise, and integrity is extremely rare. I would also like to give special recognition to Billy and his wife Sarah. They are truly wonderful people who treat customers with respect, honesty, and kindness. You can tell that they genuinely care about both their customers and the local motorcycle community. Their dedication, work ethic, and commitment to doing right by people are evident in everything they do. One of the things I appreciate most is that Rick's Motorcycle Enterprises is a local family owned business. In a world where so many small businesses are disappearing, honest family run businesses like this deserve our support.
