  Work is fine but poor business practices. I was charged more than quoted because they replaced my wiper without my consent. They had my credit card number and just took upon themselves to add charges . They won’t call me back and main office told me I have to deal with them. Very frustrating

  Our Safelite mechanic, Daniel, went above and beyond in every possible way, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with him. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, friendly, and incredibly personable. He took the time to walk me through the entire windshield replacement and recalibration process, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Instead, he made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What made this experience truly special, though, was how he treated my four-year-old son. Like most little boys, he was fascinated by what Daniel was doing and had what felt like an endless list of questions. Daniel answered every single one with patience and kindness—even when they were the same questions over and over again. He even let my son watch what he was doing on the iPad, making him feel included instead of in the way. To Daniel, it may have seemed like a small gesture, but to my son, it meant the world. Days later, he’s still talking about “Mr. Daniel,” telling everyone how he got to watch him fix Mommy’s car. As a parent, those moments don’t go unnoticed. It takes a special kind of person to make that kind of lasting impression on a child. Beyond his kindness, Daniel’s workmanship was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and took great pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and truly cares about the people he serves. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Daniel reminded us what it looks like. He didn’t just replace our windshield—he made what could have been an ordinary appointment into an experience we’ll genuinely remember. We are so grateful, and I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. Safelite is lucky to have him!

  Easy on-line booking and right on time. Daniel was very friendly and easy to work with. No issues with payment as all was handled by insurance smoothly.

  I had scheduled to have a windshield replaced for my 2006 Chevy Silverado on 5/21/26. The tech was unprofessional, careless and distracted. He broke a mounting tab on the cowl, installed a scratched windshield, left the wire cover for the rearview mirror uninstalled as well as the lower retaining screws for the windshield side molding. Left his garbage sitting on the interior driver side door panel and on the ground. I guess he was more concerned about his battery dying on his phone than he was about completing the job..
