  My appointment was for 8/3. With out even saying hello the kid says. It’s $50 a tire. I said I was quoted $35. He says she shouldn’t have told you that and I can’t honor it. I let that go. Kid tells me to pull it into an open bay outside. So I do that. I tried to give him the key. He says he doesn’t need it. I asked are you doing the tires here outside? He said. No, I’m gonna move it out to the road. I said. You know what. You have a terrible attitude Kid was so rude I had to walk out.

  If I could leave a half a star, I would this manager has been nothing but problems for me and my family and other people that I know for the last four years that I know of. He turns down work when there slow and even when i make appointments hes making up stuff to not do the work. We need the manager over from Hoooksett to take over and fix this store. It must be losing money.

  Worse tire shopping experience in 16 years of doing business with these guys, and with multiple dealerships! Called asking for any discounted, or discontinued tires deals that they may have in stock. Mind you this is what I always have asked for nothing has changed in my wording about what i want. Have purchased many many tires from these guys over the years, never have been rushed off a phone call any quicker in my life! For a small town tire shop you think local business would be a huge asset but apparently not so with this team! I was told I needed to go through corporate. Well that was a first so I stated again no no I am looking for 4 just older tires or discontinued that I usually can buy from you guys, and the guy tells me hey just telling you what my manager is telling me. Thanks guys for the years of business the right way. That phone call just got you a 1 star and now you lost the business of not one not two but three small local dealers! Do better, we get it, its hot out, maybe your busy, how about take my number call me back later, or even tomorrow after you take at least a couple of minutes to do some research. Apparently you guys must be crushing it and local businesses are not important to you!

  Thank you Cody for saving the day! We ran over a lag bolt and went to the closest shop, VIP, who stated the tire could not be patched and being all wheel drive all four tires would need to be replaced. These tires have 15k on them. Called tire warehouse, who said to come right over and they should be able to patch it based on the location. 15 minutes later, the tire was patched and we were up and running and saving 1200 dollars. Thank you Cody not hesitating to help and being an awesome human. We will refer our friends!
