The manager and staff went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my tire pressure sensors. Will definitely use their services again!

Purchased tires through them, one of them came damaged (bent bead) which caused having to wait another week for a new one. After installation, supposed to get free rotations for life of tires. Haven’t been able to get a single one done because they keep refusing to lift the vehicle up due to rust underneath. Yet somehow they could remove and install wheels and tires before? So I go and get $3k worth of bodywork done underneath and it’s still not enough for them to do a simple tire rotate after confirming to me on the phone it should be fine. I had explained to an employee in detail the situation and was assured they could do it. So I go in again early morning (after finally securing an appointment, no thanks to their outsourced call center in India who made me appointments on days they were fully booked) and leave 10 minutes later after they tell me they can’t do it. The car had just been on the lift at the dealership days before this. They just didn’t want to do it it seems. Not going back. They only like modified cars when it’s their buddies.

My appointment was for 8/3. With out even saying hello the kid says. It’s $50 a tire. I said I was quoted $35. He says she shouldn’t have told you that and I can’t honor it. I let that go. Kid tells me to pull it into an open bay outside. So I do that. I tried to give him the key. He says he doesn’t need it. I asked are you doing the tires here outside? He said. No, I’m gonna move it out to the road. I said. You know what. You have a terrible attitude Kid was so rude I had to walk out.

If I could leave a half a star, I would this manager has been nothing but problems for me and my family and other people that I know for the last four years that I know of. He turns down work when there slow and even when i make appointments hes making up stuff to not do the work. We need the manager over from Hoooksett to take over and fix this store. It must be losing money.
