  This place is amazing!!!! Jose and Becky are so very kind, friendly, honest and unbelievably helpful. After being lied to by mechanics over the years (one well-known local garage charged me nearly $100 for an oil change and not only didn't change the oil and filter but didn't put oil back in it! I guess he was too busy being interrupted by and chatting with the good ole' boys who continually drive up to remember what what he was supposed to be doing), coming here is incredibly refreshing! Jose is just an incredible mechanic who not only clearly takes pride in his work, but does is very well and fairly. For someone who has never been gentle on her vehicles, i.e. not paying attention to maintenance, warning lights, runs over curbs, potholes and backs into things, Jose has "put my car back together". I've NEVER had to bring it back for the same thing, ever. He has bailed me out unbelievably, especially this past winter. My radiator cracked, which lead to other issues, and not only did they get me in right away, he sent someone to MA to get the parts I needed (including a brand new radiator), gave me a ride home, and delivered my car to me at my home, all without me asking! Someone on a review said that Jose is a master mechanic....believe it, he is! They are so helpful and accommodating here...what a treat! I think I've found my mechanic for life!! Come here for your maintenance needs; you won't regret it! Thank you so very much, Jose and Becky...you both are truly a gift! Ali

  We have been bringing our cars to Humble Auto since they opened - the best service I have ever received from an automotive shop. Jose is professional, responsive, transparent, and gets the work done quick, all for prices that feel fair. I can't recommend them enough!

  I’ve had a Hyundai Elantra for six months, and it has given me nothing but trouble—alternator, headlights, windshield, and now the catalytic converter and flex pipe. It’s costing me a fortune; they don't offer a warranty, and whenever I call or message, they tell me I have to speak to the lady in charge, but she never answers her calls. It’s a terrible dealership—I do not recommend it; it’s a total scam.
