  While driving from MA to NH just past Concord NH we received an alert from our car that our tire pressure was low. Grabbed my smart phone snd googled tire repair shops. Up popped Monro Auto Service snd Tire Center. We were around exit 18 at this point. Called the Franklin NH store. I was greeted on the phone by David Devine, Store Manager. He was able to guide us to the store. Once we were there he welcomed us and offered us seats in the waiting area. He and his team were able to locate the problem which was a nail in the tire snd fix the tire for us. They took it for a test drive to make sure it was ok and got us out and on our way. Would highly recommend them to anyone. David snd staff were Professional, Confident and Friendly. Five stsrs for them:) Richie and Diana from MA:)

  I exclusively go here for majority of problems I have with my car and the quality of service and efficiency are both 10/10 not bad prices either

  The call center offered me two appointment times. I took the latter of the two. I was called back by the shop and told they could not do it after all, and I needed to reschedule. This was super inconvenient, but I rescheduled. I specifically requested a quote and was told a price over the phone. I went in the day of my appointment and made it clear that I didn’t want to pay for anything extra, other than the oil. I also specifically asked for an ETA on time. I was given a one hour window. When cashing out- I was met with a bill for $40 more than what I was quoted. Lots of hidden fees were added. Some things that every other shop I have been to does for free (such as topping off fluids). Additionally, it took nearly two hours to complete (that’s double the estimated time given). The best way for retention of customer base is by earning trust! You earn trust through transparency up front- especially when a customer personally expresses cost concerns out of the gate. Pleasant staff, with poor business practices! Be ware, consumers.

  Had two tires installed (purchased from Tire Rack). Appointment setup was smooth. Quality install job, timely completed. No complaints. Thank you!

  I had such a great experience at Monro Muffler Brake & Service in Franklin, NH. The guys here were incredibly kind, patient, and honest throughout the whole process. They took the time to work with me more than once, let me come back in, put my car up and thoroughly explain everything each time without ever making me feel like a burden. Sometimes, as a young woman in her 20s, dealing with car issues can feel intimidating, but they treated me with genuine respect and kindness and never once made me feel lesser than. They made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. It’s rare to find people who are this willing to help and genuinely care about their customers. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service truly stood out. I’m so grateful for how well they treated me and highly recommend them to anyone needing car service. Thank you again and again!!!!!!
