  I forgot his name but I think he’s the assistant manager, has a super cute baby/toddler. Dude is amazing, makes every visit so easy and stress free, deserves a raise! Whole team is great though :)

  Bought tires for 900 they didnt check the vavle stems so the tires slowly started leaking after a week/2weeks. i made an appointment told them i wanted four stems basically called me a liar said they needed to fill my tires and i had to drive around on them. instead of checking them and changing them like i wanted. now with uneven tire pressure my tires are worm after five months. The lady that manages the shop showed up for my 7:30 appointment rude at 7:27 after booking me in the system said it wasnt going to get done till after 8. Why be there was no employees at work yet. Ive made multiple visits each time ends in yelling and nothing getting accomplished. I wasted 900 dollars the services are junk with no assistance. I remeber years ago a kid named todd rendstrom ran that place flawlessly. This lady cant seem to get out of bed in the am. Of course the company is owned by monro inc and you cannot for the life of you speak to any supervisor. After reading the reviews had i known of this nightmare i would have gone to seabrook tire or tire warehouse hell id rather go to walmart auto center.

  Had a donut on my car called Saturday afternoon they didn't have the tire in stock but Jo find me a very reasonable price tire at their other office that they installed that day lifesaver!

  We had a blowout on our camper tire and needed a tire in a pinch. These guys didn't have the tire I needed in stock but the guy in the office suggested a few places to check and said they would squeeze me in to make sure we were all set. On a Saturday, it's hard to find anywhere that could accommodate and these guys went above and beyond. I was able to get a tire, came back to the shop and they got it mounted in less than 10 minutes. The customer service is unbeatable and if I lived around here would come back again. Highly recommend this Tire Warehouse location.
