  Unbelievably helpful, friendly & professional staff! Leah and Chelsea the manager helped us at a very last minute when we had to leave our newly purchased car at the service and made sure to get us an equivalent vehicle which was very hard to find a 12 passengers van! We really appreciate everything you guys did for us to help us out the very last minute on the weekend high peak seasons when when every other branch simply rejected us even with a valid reservation! Thank you so very much again

  The enterprise in Exeter was beyond great. James was amazing and they he me know when they knew updates. Highly recommend! Will go back again!

  I had a perfect, flawless experience with Enterprise when my car got hit and had to leave it at the body shop. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. The representative was personable ,professional and very accommodating . I used the Enterprise in Exeter,NH. I think they try to give you a vehicle that is close to what you are driving. The car was clean and I had to get used to the "keyless car !!!)

  I've rented cars from the Exeter location several times, and this was the first bad experience I've had. When I picked up my rental, I was told I would have to pay for an extra day because I planned to return the car on Sunday. After speaking with the corporate office, I was told that returning it on Sunday would not be a problem. Even after explaining that, I felt like I was being questioned about whether I had actually spoken with corporate. The car itself was also disappointing. It was dirty when I picked it up, had a large scratch down the side, and a significant dent on the front. For a rental that cost nearly $1,000 for the weekend, I expected a vehicle that was clean and in much better condition. I asked for the car to be cleaned before I left, and while they did clean it, I got the impression that the staff was frustrated about having to do so. The manager on duty told me the regional manager would contact me regarding my concerns, but I have yet to hear from anyone. I do appreciate that they ultimately honored the Sunday return after I spoke with corporate, but I had to push for something that had never been an issue before. I've returned vehicles to this location on Sunday at least three times, and they have a drop box right outside for after-hours returns, so I don't understand why I was initially told I had to pay for an extra day. Overall, this experience was disappointing because I've had good experiences here in the past. I hope this review encourages others to confirm the return policy in advance so they don't end up being asked to pay for an unnecessary extra day.
