  I got my tires rotated and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The boss was a very, very nice guy and we had a great conversation. Absolutely no complaints and great place to go to!!

  Booked an appointment. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Had to get 4 new tires, and the gentleman at the front desk saved me tons by offering me a better tire brand for less than the ones I booked for. I recommend checking this place out if you need any maintenance.

  Left work and a screw punctured my rear right tire. Called the shop and got on the phone with the manager. He told me to come in and that they'd see if they can help me even though it's end of day. I arrive 30 minutes before closing. They squeezed me in even with no appointment. They remove the screw, patched the tire, and saved my evening and commute home. I am very thankful for how accommodating they were.

  Call tire warehouse in Laconia told him I need a four tires and he said he would take care of me. I went there. He gave me three options and the cheapest one was a little over $1000 for a 20,000 mile tire for a 50 60,000 mile tire was over 1200. He told me that I would not find the same quality tire cheaper anywhere else and he guaranteed me that he told me to shop around but he bet I would be back. I went to VIP automotive in Laconia. I got a 60,000 mile warranty, tire mounted balanced and installed in the old tires thrown away for $670 half the price for a better tire and the gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and helpful where at tire warehouse I found him to be very rude and ignorant if you need tires definitely go to VIP stay away from tire warehouse

  I have used this location many times in the past. Typically I have always had good service. I purchase two tires over the counter to mount using my own tire machine at my shop. While mounting one of the tires I noticed a 1.5- to 2-inch gouge taken out of the bead. I returned to the store with the damaged tire, only to be told that I owned the tire and asked what I did to cause that. I have mounted hundreds of tires and never had this problem. It is not something that I caused. I believe it was a defect from the factory that the employees of the store did not notice when receiving the goods. I as well did not notice when I took the goods from the store. I am now stuck with this damaged tire and had to purchase a third tire for the vehicle I was performing work on. It's a shame because I like this location but that is certainly poor business practice.
