  I called at 11:00 AM and told them I wanted to change the tires on my trailer. I clearly explained that my trailer is 55 feet long and that it is a car hauler. They told me they could do it and gave me an appointment for 12:30 PM. I even confirmed it again by asking, “The length is not a problem, right? You can handle it?” They said yes and told me they would be waiting for me at 12:30. I drove here from an hour away, and now they are saying they cannot do it. I have never seen people this disrespectful, careless, and unprofessional. There is honestly nothing else to say. I absolutely do not recommend this place. This is beyond incompetence.

  Their team and customer service is fantastic. They’ve helped us out with some mild tire repairs that they could’ve easily tried to upsell us on new tires but did not. This is why when we did need new tires we came back to them. No questions asked

  Thank you. These guys have the best service. They took care of my trailer tire blow out on a Saturday even driving to pick up the tire for me. They have the lowest prices too. Compare this with Town... that was closer to home but would not replace a trailer tire unless I removed the wheel and would only do it on Monday after Mother's day and would charge more. Enough said Tire Warehouse is the best! FYI they even have a plaque in the reception area with all their competitors phone numbers.

  Today I went into tire warehouse in derry nh. I was greeted by Paul and Keith they were both very professional and welcomed me to tire warehouse. I need four tires and was just looking to get a quote from them. My dealer had already given me a quote. Paul took the time to print several different quotes and explained all of the tires to me. I don't know allot about tires. But he explained all the quotes to me and showed me the different tires and the difference between them. Paul said for my 2020 toyota rav 4 that he would recommend a high milage tire for me due to the amount of driving I do. I wound up buying his recommended tire for my car. The reason I did is because he actually took the time to explain the tires to me and made me feel like he cared about me and put me into a tire that was right for me. His team is awesome they had my car in and 25 minutes later they were done Sean, Kory and Hames were the names of the men who worked on my car and they did it very quickly and right. I do have to come back tomorrow for a safety check on my lug nuts. Keith was the one who cashed me out and asked me if I had any questions he could answer. He was fabulous to deal with as well. Everyone at this tire shop is the best. Anyone who hasn't been here you should come in and see why. Sorry for the long review but I felt it was deserved. You dont find people like this every day.
