I drive by a lot of of other service and tire shops in my 30 minute drive to Derry. So long as Paul and his team are there I will continue to do so. I had a tire pressure issue in my wife’s car and was going to be traveling out of town next week and needed the peace of mind that her vehicle was going to be in good shape while I was out of town. I know and trust that Paul and his team will fix it right the first time and the high level of service they provide is why I will continue to drive past other locations and spend the 30 minute drive to go to Derry. Screw was found in the tire, the tire was quickly repaired, and I was on my way in no time at all!

I bought four tires online and had them sent to my nearest Tire Warehouse center. Made an appointment and the tires were installed in a very reasonable amount of time. The service tech explained to me how the TPM system was working. I didn’t realize each tire needed to be recalibrated when the tires were rotated. I thought I’d had a slow leak with my earlier set of tires on my right rear tire, but it turns out it was actually the right front tire. I did have to go back about a month after the tires were installed because one of the rims had a little bit of corrosion and was leaking. They dismounted the tire cleaned up the corrosion put it all back together again at no cost. The tires have been great for about eight months now. Great service and a strong recommendation.

I’m very disappointed with our experience here. My boyfriend and I were originally quoted $985 for tires, but when we came in to pick up the vehicle, we were told the price was now $1,015. This was especially frustrating because we had experienced a similar situation when trying to get tires for my vehicle as well. When I brought up the original quote, the staff seemed irritated, which I found very off-putting. We shouldn’t have to argue over a price that was already quoted to us. My boyfriend explained that we had been told $985 and that we were not going to pay the increased price. Thankfully, they ultimately agreed to honor the original $985 quote. The biggest issue for me was the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled. Changing the price after giving a customer a quote, and then making the customer feel like an inconvenience for bringing up that quote, is not the kind of customer service I expect. If a price is going to change, that should be communicated clearly before the customer arrives—not at the time of service. Unfortunately, after having a similar experience with pricing previously, this has left us feeling like we cannot trust the quotes we are given. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve consistent pricing, clear communication, and to be treated with basic respect.

I would not recommend Tire Warehouse in Derry. I brought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon in for a tire installation. Before the appointment, my TPMS system was working properly and there were no warning lights. While my Jeep was being serviced, I noticed the hood was open and asked why. I was told they were performing a courtesy inspection. I specifically told the manager, Paul, that I did not want one. Instead of respecting my request, he raised his voice at me in front of other customers and told me there was "no way around it." After the tire installation, my TPMS warning light came on. I had to return the next day and was charged for a new TPMS sensor that had been working before they touched my vehicle. Immediately after that repair, my check-engine light came on as I was leaving the shop. The most frustrating part was that each time I brought my Jeep in, I left with another issue that wasn't there before. Instead of taking responsibility, my concerns were dismissed. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
