  Very friendly staff. Went there for tire rotation and flat repair. Tires were purchased there. Both were done in good time. Manager there today was very nice.

  The customer service was fantastic! They told me it may take an hour to replace my tire but they would get it done ASAP since I had to go to work. They were done in about 30 mins, thank you so much!

  I tried to leave a review on their website, but that page isn't working. I wonder why. We just bought 4 tires and were asked to pay an extra $107.52 for their Road Hazard Protection Program and 24-Hour Roadside Assistance. Seeing how we already pay AAA for road assistance we tried to decline their offer, but were told we had to pay it. Since we had trouble for a few days getting our tires replaced due to another issue, we were pretty worn down by this point and just paid the money. But it just isn't right. I had done business with them for years, I won't anymore.

  My daughter stopped at another tire business in Londonderry this afternoon. She had found a screw in her tire. She was told by that business that it was not repairable and she would need 4 new tires! We brought the tire here for a 2nd look and the young man took one look at it, pulled the screw out of the tread and we were on our way. It turns out the screw hadn’t even punctured the surface of the tire, it was just wedged in. Thank you for taking the time to do a thorough job and for following ethical business practices!!
