  I have dealt with Enterprise in Derry twice and both times Tom took care of me. First time I had to go to AZ from from Derry and all the cars the trucks there didn't look too comfortable but there was a GMC there and I told him I wanted to take it and he told me it wasn't road ready yet but if I gave him a day he would get it registered for me and I can take it. The following day I came back and he did exactly that and I had a nice comfortable 4 day ride. Second time my insurance set me up with a rental in Manchester and the car they got me sucked but I only needed it for a week, well a week goes by and come to find out my car wasn't going to be fixed for another 10 days so I called the Derry location and Tom answered and told him I was unhappy with the car it was a base model car that was way under what my everyday car normally had so he told me to come by and he will take care of me, I came by and found something even bigger but he worked it out for me and made the numbers work and sent me on my way and I liked the car so much he put me in I'm thinking about going to buy a new one. Thanks again Tom for helping me out I WILL be back!

  Just make sure you FULLY check out the car before you drive off the lot. I had to change out the car because I didn't do my due diligence and when I got down the road I saw that the blinkers or any warning lights could be seen on the dashboard. The entire dashboard was fogged/scratched over. They never should've let me leave the lot with a car in that condition. I dropped the car and traded it out in another town and got another vehicle for the same price. My insurance was taking care of it anyway.

  I didn't like the car I was given because it smelled like cigarette smoke and I am a non-smoker.
