  Always taking care of us! Wicked good group of guys that work here. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs their tires put on/ taken off/ etc. I’ll never go to another place and get treated them same way! I’ll always recommend these guys any day of the week. Like I said a solid set of guys here!

  The mechanic at Tire Warehouse pulled a nail out of my tire and plugged the hole. They did the work in a timely fashion for a reasonable cost, and were courteous. I was a walk-in customer who was referred by a friend who noticed my tire looked really low when he was driving in the lane next to me. I didn't feel it yet. We added air to my tire and I was able to make the short drive to Tire Warehouse. I got great service there!

  The guys in the office and the shop were extremely helpful. We had a soft tire about to go flat and we were on vacation headed to the beach. Turns out we had a nail. Got the job done in no time. Id like to give a 5 star but they charge me a $5.50 tire recycling fee. I took the tire home with me. Im hoping to call and get a refund. Note to self…always check the bill before leaving. PS. I called after the weekend and spoke with the manager . They are currently processing a refund for me. Thank You Tire Warehouse

  Classic bait and switch. Offer cheap tires on their website’s appointments and then when you get there they don’t exist. Spent an hour on the website looking at tires. Chose the tires I wanted online and set up the appointment. Took time off work to go drop my car off. Get there and tell the guy I’m dropping my car off for an appointment and he asks if I ordered tires. I tell him I did it all through the website. He proceeds to tell me he only has 2 tires in my size in stock, both of which cost almost double the tires I selected online. I asked him what’s the point of going through the selection process online if I get here and you try to upsell on tires I didn’t select. He gives a mumbling response like he couldn’t be bothered “don’t know it’s just for the appointment.” He asked what tires I tried getting and I give him the part number on the website and the brand. He stares at me for 5 seconds then asks “what Yokohamas?” and says “Ill see what I can get for Yokohamas.” What do you mean you’ll see? I just gave you the part number off your website. What’s the point of having a website if you don’t have the tires on said website. Not once did the guy apologize for the inconvenience or even appear to care that I was dissatisfied. Horrendous service well beyond just the issues with the website and setting up an appointment. I would not want that individual being the first person my customers interact with.
