  Awful experience. Called number and of course you get a person for ordering not a direct line. Person was very nice and sent call to the store at Manchester St. Man answered and we told him the tire needed directly shown on the tire we had. He went on to say we can't just order until seeing actual tire. Insisted on seeing it even though we verified it was the right size we needed. Well went in and sat at counter for almost 30 mins. Both techs never came out and when they saw us leaving not even, a can we help you. Don't go or call unless your a man because they'll ignore you. Went to Fisherville instead (MUCH BETTER SERVICE)

  Got two tires mounted and installed in about 25 - 30 minutes. I was a walk in too so I was expecting a longer wait time. Very polite staff and very good price!

  What a day, my car said I had low air so I tried to put air in the tire and it wasn't working. I stopped at an auto body to help me put air and they said it was a flat and to come here. I came in with a flat tire and wasn't sure of the best options. They were so nice and walked me through my options. I let them know I have new tires that I bought and was going to replace them next week, they offered to have someone bring the tire here for them to install, unfortunately I live in MA and too far. So they said putting a spare would work just fine and offered to put it on. Amazing people, honest and very friendly. Thank you Alex for helping me and making my day go a little better! I was so worried and wasn't sure what to do.
