  I had a very disappointing experience with Sullivan Tire. Before dropping off my vehicle, I specifically called and confirmed that I would not be charged just to diagnose the issue. I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

  I needed my breaks done, and Sullivan Tire was recommended by a few friends. Friendly staff and prompt service, will be back in the future.

  I went to Sullivan with a flat tire and they were able to order and replace the tire same day. They were very efficient and super accommodating as I had my two toddler sons with me! Very reasonable priced also, highly recommend them.

  Came in with a debeaded tire, got it seated in a couple minutes at no charge
