I used Sullivan Tire long ago when I lived in MA. I moved and started using Town Fair Tire, as the car dealer for tires can be quite expensive. After a while, I realized there was a Sullivan Tire not too far from me(26miles-worth the drive!). I decided to get my next set of tires with Sullivan. Totally worth it! Just as I remembered. Friendly, courtesy service, a clean waiting room and professional service advisors and technicians. I will be going to Sullivan again for all of my tire and auto repair needs. Are they a little more expensive than TF? Yes - but not by much and for me - the whole experience is worth it. I'll see you guys in the Spring for the next tire changeover :) FYI - I had a summer to winter tire changeover and rear shocks replaced.

Called the corporate number to make an appointment in Concord, NH and they sent 17" tires to the service center. I had to make another appointment because my vehicle has 18" wheels. Correct tires were sent for my second appointment which went smooth as silk. Great staff at this location, nice bathroom too!

Excellent customer service, excellent mechanics. Honest. Next visit: They squeezed me in for a balance before a road trip. Did a great job. Folks there are personable and professional.

Justin and the team here, we’re awesome! They took me as a walk-in, replaced all four of my tires, entered all my questions and completed the task quickly! I highly recommend this Sullivan tire center

I had a very disappointing experience with Sullivan Tire. Before dropping off my vehicle, I specifically called and confirmed that I would not be charged just to diagnose the issue. I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
