    If you enjoy being belittled and treated like garbage this is the rental car company for you! On the day of my rental a heavy set woman who worked for enterprise could not have been more miserable. She was INSISTENT that I pay out of pocket for the rental and then try to get reimbursed from my insurance. I had my insurance company explain to her that this was not how it worked and they made her run it the correct way. After this she was belligerent to the point that we had to have the manager drive to the maintenance shop to finish the transaction. I understand that it’s hard to get help nowadays and the manager did apologize but an interaction that should have been 10 minutes ended up being 90, Never-mind the disrespect and horrible attitude I had to put up with.
