  Honestly, this experience left me heartbroken, angry, and just incredibly disappointed. My husband and I needed a camper for his apprenticeship, and we were so excited when we finally found one we loved and could actually afford. We called, immediately placed a deposit, and requested videos and paperwork so we could move forward. Then we discovered that the photos and video showed TWO DIFFERENT CAMPERS. We were told the IT department had mixed up the listing photos. Somehow, it still took an entire week to correct them. That should have been our first warning. We live in New Jersey, and my husband’s demanding work schedule gives us very little flexibility to travel. We explained this and repeatedly asked for a clear plan, pricing, paperwork, and confirmation of whether our financing had been approved. It took almost a week to get an answer and that only happened after I said we would pull out if we didn’t hear back by the end of the week. I should not have to threaten to walk away just to get someone to communicate with me about a purchase they already accepted a deposit for. We asked whether we could pick up the camper that Monday because it was our only day off. That request went unaddressed beyond being told they needed more time to prepare the RV. I understand that preparation takes time, but where was the planning during the weeks we spent waiting? Why weren’t we given a realistic timeline when we placed our deposit? I called practically every day for a week and a half, only to hear the same thing: “They’re unavailable,” “Call back,” or “I’ll leave a message.” Over and over again. We were trying to make an important purchase for my husband’s work, and we couldn’t even get basic answers. The saddest part is that I truly loved that trailer. We could picture ourselves in it, and we wanted this purchase to work out. Instead, the excitement turned into stress, frustration, and the awful feeling that our time and business simply did not matter. We eventually bought a camper closer to home. Everything was handled the SAME DAY, and it was sitting in our driveway within hours. After weeks of chasing this dealership, that difference was infuriating. I would absolutely not recommend this place based on our experience. Accepting a deposit comes with an expectation of communication and follow through. We gave them our patience, our time, and every opportunity to make this work. They left us deeply disappointed.

  I bought a class C RV put a good down payment down. I’ve had nothing but problems this is clearly theft of services. Two temporary plates, Later two months later still waiting for my plates . Have never been able to get it inspected work that I paid for should’ve been done because it wouldn’t pass inspection. So now this becomes my problem, you take my money you give me two sets of temporary plates, second one without a registration. I believe the manager Dan or whatever you wanna call him just informed me that it’s my problem. How is it my problem when I don’t have any paperwork you took the money two months ago. Dan is definitely the man that I would love to have represent my company NOT A CHANCE Arrogant an rude to the customer. I need to call the state of Vermont for my plates so they’ve sent the paperwork back supposedly twice once because the check didn’t in say Bank of America NA now the second time because the check is four dollars short .I don’t know what to say. Stay the hell away from this place that’s all I gotta say. Something is not right with this situation. I offered to go do it myself but instead they resent the paperwork a third time but now it’s my problem I don’t believe Anything they say anymore unfortunately, the state of New Hampshire is gonna have to deal with this. Gotta find out why a dealer in New Hampshire can give two sets of temporary plates one without a registration an still the vehicle is not registered, but it’s the customer‘s problem not the dealership how convenient you can buy an RV not be able to use it because there’s no plates and it’s not registered .I’m done.

  I appreciate BJ and the girls behind the desk upfront BUT this is the second most horrible visit to your company in months. We arrived this afternoon after my husband called last week about an issue of the camper in the bathroom wall under the bathroom sink. Now with that said the large gentleman in my opinion acted like he didnt care all he wanted to do was sit at his computer and find reasons why he couldn't help with a closer appointment to have things checked absolutely unacceptable in my opinion I understand you work in retail I do the same but when a customer is asking for an earlier spot other then Nov doesn't he understand that it gets colder at night now then over the summer months . Plus being charged for something that WE as the customer didnt ask for. Your guys need togo re-learn how todo customer service when we ask for an early appointment not wait until November. And to TOP IT ALL OFF you guys in service couldn't be bothered to print out information that we needed " oh we cant print that " seriously?! You guys gave my husband's # to other customers accounts! I will be calling and asking for the manager in charge and letting him be aware of this nonsense.

  Sales manager was rude when we were buying a camper last year because we are a young couple and they assumed we were wasting their time. Finance department convinced us that a high interest rate was the only way to get the camper that same day. Insanely shady way to conduct business considering we refinanced and got our rate down from 11 percent to 5.5 (We have excellent credit) Will never do business with this place again. Taking advantage of someone who’s not sure how financing a camper works is insanely shady and the people involved need to be fired. I’m sure we weren’t the first customers to get bent over by this place.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. When you purchase a camper that costs over $100,000, you have every reasonable expectation that the unit will be delivered in good working condition and that, if problems arise, you will receive competent and professional customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. When we brought our camper home, we discovered an unacceptable number of issues. The water heater did not work, molding was pulling away from the walls, cabinet handles were loose and nearly falling off, exterior lights were not functioning, several outlets had no power, the shower insert was separating from the wall, the shower door panels were stuck together, and the inverter that was supposed to be included with the unit so the solar system could function was missing. We scheduled a service appointment to have these issues addressed. We brought the camper to the dealership and they kept it for four days. Each day, we were told they were going to get it into the service department, yet the work was never started. Because we had already made plans to go camping over the holiday weekend, we ultimately had no choice but to pick up the camper with none of the repairs completed. Unfortunately, what happened on the drive home went far beyond poor customer service, it became a serious safety issue. We made it from Chichester NH to Sharon, Vermont. As we were exiting the highway, our 15,000-pound camper violently slammed forward and backward three times at approximately 70 mph. The incident nearly caused us to lose control and be thrown off the road. Most importantly, our three-month-old baby was in the truck with us. We were left stranded underneath the bridge at the exit for approximately two hours while we tried to figure out what had happened. We then discovered that the dealership's service department had removed the capture plate from the hitch while the camper was at the dealership and failed to reinstall it. We were subsequently told that the camper was good to go. The potential consequences of this were enormous. We could have lost control of the truck, been thrown off the roadway, seriously damaged our brand new truck, or, most importantly, someone in our family could have been seriously injured, including our newborn baby. After all of this, the response we received from the dealership was essentially, “I'm sorry that happened.” That response was incredibly disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but when a mistake involves a safety critical component that was removed by the dealership's own service department and not reinstalled before the customer was sent back onto the highway, I expect more than an apology. I expect accountability, urgency, and genuine concern for the safety of my family. We expected a quality camper and a dealership that would stand behind it. Instead, we were sent home with numerous unresolved defects and, far more seriously, a trailer that had been returned to us without a critical hitch component properly installed. This experience has left us extremely disappointed and has seriously damaged our confidence in this dealership. When you entrust a dealership with a vehicle and trailer carrying your family down the highway, safety should never be treated casually.
