  Only giving it 1 star since you have to post DO NOT GO HERE !!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Sat outside with a paid in full trailer for over hour in maintenance bay with not one service person trying to help , salesman left for lunch knowing that we had to leave in a timely manner and maintenance dept was the biggest waste of people not helpful and not willing to try and help customer at all ! We told multiple maintenance members that we needed to leave and were told your shit out of luck and that’s all. Multiple maintenance workers walking by not helping. Worst experience of buying anything major. BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!!

  I would like to recommend and especially thank our best Service Advisor: Kelsey B. - a very responsible professional with excellent service, always looking for the best form of customer service, in addition to carrying a friendliness, empathy and an exceptional education! I did and will always do the maintenance of my Motohome with her. I also thank the technical team who were very attentive! Thank you Campings World - by the way it was in one of these that we acquired our house under wheels!

  Travelled to Chichester back in March 2026 to purchase a Jayco Class C Greyhawk 30 Z. We knew exactly what we wanted, as we saw it online at a CW in South Carolina...but we did not want to have it shipped from (or travel to) SC so we thought we would order it here in NH. Met with a salesman Steve F (a bit of a gun-slinger), who took our $5K deposit and said he would get it ordered for us. About a month+ goes by and they call us in "because our RV has arrived"...imagine the excitement, our first RV ever! We meet with Dana? (the walk through guy) who goes through some paperwork, then takes us around back to see our RV. BIG PROBLEM...this was NOT the color we ordered!! He checks the VIN and "it matches", and gets Steve involved who tries to convince us that this WHITE RV is the same color of the Black/Grey one that we showed him from South Carolina. Finally they get the Manager Ben involved who claims that "corporate dropped the ball and did not paint the unit the proper color". NOW WHAT...we just lost two months waiting? Ben checks the upcoming potential orders and finds the correct RV and will "get it ordered". We wait another month+ and it finally arrives. Get the "walk thru" again and discover a bunch of esthetic issues on an RV with only 1K miles from the factory delivery trip from Indiana. We bring our RV home and wait like another month+ for the warranty "process" and our parts to come in. We bring our RV in to Service and wait 7 HOURS there only to eventually leave without the "service" being completed! Dmitri our "advisor" disappears for hours at a time without informing/updating of the status of our RV. They DID manage to install the new window shade for the defective one at the dinette ~ however the very next day when we were driving it down the highway, the window at the dinette EXPLODED and shattered everywhere! CW accepts NO responsibility for replacing the window...SEEMS AWFUL IRONIC THAT SOMETHING HAPPENS AT THE EXACT AREA THAT THEY WORKED ON THE RV THE DAY BEFORE? We returned to the dealership again last weekend so they could address a paint issue as well as other issues. We dropped it off on a Friday morning at 9:00AM and picked it up on Saturday at 5:00PM...TWO WHOLE DAYS, and all they managed to do was apply a piece of "tape" to a wall ding, and "wash" the paint to try and get rid of the HORRENDOUS silicone caulking job all over the rig (WHICH DID NOT WORK). I calmly ask our new lead service advisor Kelsey if any of this is acceptable to her to which she angrily responds "I am not going to get into this with you", so I ask to speak to the General Manager Kyle (this was the first time that I was actually allowed to meet or speak with him) he usually is "not available". I go through our whole SAGA with this RV purchase...but quite honestly I feel as though it fell on deaf ears. So, every time I call or email over there to the whole "team" it either never gets responded to or it takes forever to respond to. We came there as an informed customer and paid cash for our RV...so it was a SIMPLE process for them to sell us something, but obviously the are only interested in the sales, not the service. So we lost June, July, and now August and we have not yet been able to use our RV. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT THAT THEY SHOULD BE EMBARASSED BY!

  So disappointed with our experience at the Chichester Nh camping world. We were sold a 2025 camper that had not even been used yet most things were not working such as stove, the sliding door and outlets. These issues were supposed to be fixed before delivery was made. I had called prior to delivery and was told everything was in working order. It was not working had to wait a month for someone to come out and fix the issues that they were already aware of and they weren’t fixed. I have called multiple times with no call back. It has been a few months now and still nothing has been fixed. I would never recommend nor shop at a camping world again.

  Ericka Sales person was perfect for us. I have to say I’ve been to several Camping World store and by far this one is the best of the lot. Dan, Sean, Dillion all help us while we were purchasing our new to us rv. Not everything was roses, we were given a tag saying we were camping world VIP. On this lanyard we were pointed to the numbers on the back that we can call for help after we take our camper home. Well I called that number today for technical support and was told I’m not an elite member — so much for the VIP badge. We were told that the gas tank and propane would be filled well propane was but gas was at half full and when I pointed this out I was told I didn’t buy the special package. While I’m happy with my rv I got the one I wanted I can’t help but feel the bait and switch is happing here. Su much for the great feeling I got with my VIP badge.
