  I had by far the worst experience with camping word in Chichester, NH. Would not recommend to anyone. Disclosed several times how far away I lived an what day we were traveling to them, i had an appointment an trade in to bring to and I was never once told anything about not being able to leave same day with a camper or financing may take up to 10-days to be approved and that we would have to travel and come back up a whole different day just to pick up the camper. Knowing I also had an appointment and knew what campers I wanted they never had either camper ready for us and that it would take an additional day or 2 to get the campers ready after already talking to them for a whole week about my appointment and what day I was traveling to them. All around the whole communication on camping world was horrible.

  I had first ran a credit app, they said I was approved for any camper I want. Then we decided my significant other should finance a camper. They called her, said she was approved for any camper she wants. She told them we are selling our camper, they made an offer, and said to bring it in. (5 hour drive) and they said bring 10% down just in case. We sold the camper private sale, made the drive, and then found out, you cannot buy a camper from a dealer the same day! Glad we didn’t haul our camper 5 hours one way to get 5k less and not leave with a new one. Here we are in a hotel, spending a month camper payment on a hotel room for the evening. These guys are scum. They act so nice and try to get you in person and sweet talk you when you are there, they even try and say after you get heated “we can try to get the sale done in one day” (not gonna happen) atleast fuel is only $6 a gallon. Go to one of the smaller dealers along the stretch. Shop local.

  My husband and I came to look into travel trailers. Bj was our salesman. He was so honest nice And made it easy to ask questions. We left there very happy with the purchase of a new 2026 travel trailer

  Five stars isn't enough for the wonderful experience I had at Camping World Chichester NH. I brought my Coachmen Class C in for warranty work on both the water heater and shower. Nick Wight and his service team were incredibly helpful and understanding of my tight schedule for my first camping trip of the season. After diagnosing the problem, Nick worked hard to locate the parts, while keeping me updated on a timeline. Once the parts arrived, they got me into the shop, did the repair, answered all my questions and got me back on the road in half a day. I HIGHLY recommend Camping World Chichester, especially Nick in the service department!! That's not an easy job, but Nick does it in a level, calm manner.

  I waited so long to leave this review because I was worried about retaliation from their service department as in my opinion, they seem like the type of people that would. I will try to make this as short as possible because this story is quite amazing and Not in a good way! We my wife and I, went there on April 28 of 2023 to purchase an RV And as we're going through the extended warranty parts of the purchasing process, we were informed that the person that went to go gas up the vehicle actually slammed into another vehicle right on the lot. I didn't even know this type of thing was possible to happen, but it sure did and the craziest thing about it is all they did was just look at us with dead silence and asked us what we wanted to do after we found out our brand new RV purchase is already damaged significantly. The worst part about it the guy that did this was hiding inside the building and would not come out to face us to talk about it. This is beyond unprofessional and disturbing to say the least. We went on to still purchase the RV under the condition that they would repair the damages, which ultimately ended up taking about six months incredibly. They barely offered us anything for this major inconvenience, and the only thing they did offer us was a slight discount on one of the many extended warranties that we purchased. We went back about a year and a half later to get some service done there for an existing issue and I was harassed by the service department employee pressuring me to leave a good review to their service department and the RV camping world facility in general because he told me"we have families to support and we really need people to start leaving us good reviews "I must admit this place is the most horrible unprofessional attitude filled business that I have ever experienced in my 56 years in this life. The only reason I'm leaving this message now finally is because I'm not worried about retaliation because I am never going to that facility ever again.
