Buying the camper was a decent experience but had a roof marker light go out after 2 weeks. Called and they sent me a new one replaced it and worked good. However 3 weeks later 2 more lights went out. Called August 2nd to get 2 more lights. Never received a call back Called multiple times over the next 3 months and was told I'd get a call back and never did. Also took 6 weeks for them to send the title paperwork to dmv so I could get it registered. Will never use conway camping world for nothing ever again. I Called camping world in St Albans VT and they sent the replacement lights in the mail within 2 days. Conway camping world is nothing but unorganized and I'll be useing St. Albans location from now on.

We purchased a travel trailer from this location and it was a disappointing experience, which did not leave us with a good opinion of this dealership. The first issue we faced was with the finance manager. Days before we agreed with the salesman and sales manager to a specific loan term (6 years) and rough monthly payment. When we met with the finance manger, he tried pushing and selling us the extended warranty. Which with any dealership, that’s expected. However, the issue that made this a bad experience was when he was explaining the loan term we wanted was going to significantly raise the monthly payment and interest rate if we went with the 6 year term, instead of the 15 year term. I explained to him my frustrations that the loan term he quoted us for (15 years) did not match what was agreed upon days earlier (6 years) with the salesman and sales manager. After some back and forth and him “re-doing” our quote, he got us where we expected for the monthly payment and interest rate. What’s frustrating is the interest rate that we expected was the same as the 15 year loan term, not an increase like he adamantly suggested. Second disappointing issue that we dealt with was that we paid to have the “Let’s Go Camping Package” which included a deep cleaning of the interior and exterior of the travel trailer. While conducting a walk through with a service dept rep, we pointed out there was mouse droppings and obvious areas there were not cleaned. The service rep was also not very familiar with our travel trailer, its features or what service had been done to it. Overall, lucky that we knew what we were looking for in terms of issues and knew that we still got a great camper. The salesman Joe was nice and the sales manager Thaddeus was accommodating. Just don’t expect them to properly clean it like they said they would and be careful with the finance meeting.

Bad experience, new camper with major problems electric jack among many was an old one on a new camper. Camping world tried to say it came from factory like that. Also many scratches a dent and no deduction just photos and no fixing. Sales person we delt with totally ignored us after her sale. Guy showing us the camper told us not to get a head of him. Oh and off color touch up paint we noticed as well.

Good product knowledgeable staff but horrible to check out. 3 times i have purchased items. Twice i waited. Last time almost 10 minutes for a cashier while there were two staff right there at computers with feet up.

Please be warned about this location!!!! We have bought a used camper from here and it has been nothing but a headache. The camper has been leaking nonstop. We noticed one week after the purchase and immediately called camping world to which they said they would come out to take a look. It took two months for them to get somebody to come out and look at the camper. This is still an ongoing issue that has now led to even bigger issues. The floorboard is completely giving out under the master bedroom and they keep claiming that there is no damage to the trailer. When we call Bruce which is the general manager, gives us a very insincere apology, and continues to make it “not his problem” that’s your insurance companies problem since we unfortunately purchased a good Sam Insurance for an extra $5000. I am a traveling nurse and live in my trailer full-time so now I am stuck in a hotel room that I’m having to pay for as well as paying for an RV lot with no help and getting this resolved. I have also reached out to corporate to which I get no resolution from either. When we called another camping world nearby they also relayed the message to us that they get a lot of customers that come in from this location that have RVs that have been sold with issues. Under the New Hampshire state laws, we are now filing with an attorney to get this resolved!!!
