  They are trying to scam you. I was in there yesterday, July 13th, with my Tesla Model 3 to have a slow leak repaired or have the tire replaced. After looking at the tire, the manager and mechanic said the tire was not repairble and that I need 4 new tires because Tesla doesn't allow a single tire to be replaced. The estimated total bill was quoted at $1,400. Today, I had an appointment at the Tesla service center in Londonderry. The service tech there said there is no prohibition from Tesla about replacing a single tire, so long as the other tires haven't worn down too much. These were new tires, so the wear was minimal. Sullivan had a chance to do the right thing by offering a service at a fair price. The blew it. I have three cars. None of them will ever be serviced at any Sullivan Tire store.

  Superb! Randy Elder, the manager, and Devin are awesome. Not only did they diagnose and resolve my spark plug issues, they also gave me some much needed advice. I have been dealing with very expensive ongoing problems with my vehicle, desperately looking for answers and the most economical way to handle them. Originally, I went to the dealership to resolve these issues. $7k and less than a year later, the check engine light went on and something seemed very wrong. I immediately took the car to Sullivan for diagnostics. Randy went above and beyond, explaining things to me the dealership service department neglected last year. Long story short, with the information and service Sullivan provided, I was able to go back to the dealership and hold them accountable for issues they should have and could have caught. These guys are honest, hard working dudes. You all deserve a raise! I’m so grateful.

  Randy was fantastic. He picked up on our front end issues that no other shop or VW dealership caught. We really appreciated the time he took to explain what was wrong and to even show us in the parking lot. We have been a customer now for a few years since you all moved to Brentwood and have been very happy with the service and tires purchased.
