  Where does one even begin with this place? I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward job: new tires, new brakes, and a look at an unusual noise. After their inspection, they quoted me roughly $2,000. I agreed, and assumed we were on the same page. What followed was a slow-motion disaster. After installing the tires and brakes, they called to inform me that a part had failed during the test drive — an extra $800. Fine. Days later, a second part apparently failed — another $200. Days after that, they called to let me know the first replacement part didn't actually work and they needed to order a different one. At this point, having fully exhausted my patience, I offered them a straightforward choice: remove the extra work and charge me only for what I originally agreed to. I even gave them the more generous option of honoring the total with the two additional charges I'd approved — not a penny more — and if they couldn't resolve the issue, they would refund my money. They agreed to those terms. Then ignored them entirely. When I came to pick up my car, the bill was about $300 over the verbally confirmed final price. The car barely started because the technician couldn't be bothered to tighten the negative battery terminal — something I had to figure out on my own, because communicating basic information is apparently optional here. And perhaps most infuriating of all: they knew my rear differential was defective — a $4,000+ repair — and said nothing before letting me authorize all of this other work. Their response to all of this? Refunding the overcharge. That's it. Whether this is a deliberate strategy or a genuine display of incompetence, the result for the customer is exactly the same. Do yourself a favor and think twice before bringing anyone you care about here.

  Bob and his team are always superb at their, fair with repair costs, and complete professionals. Even when I need unplanned service like today -- dead OEM battery -- they work me into their busy schedule and get it done. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire Bedford NH, Hillsborough County, and the team -- 5 Stars!

  I had an outstanding experience with Sullivan Tire & Auto. In just one week, they serviced three of our vehicles, and every visit was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. They accurately diagnosed issues, provided clear information about an engine recall, completed needed strut repairs, and addressed a catalytic converter concern without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Their advice regarding the recall was especially helpful and gave us confidence in the best course of action. The entire team was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on doing what was best for the customer. It's refreshing to find an auto service center you can truly trust. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire & Auto for their excellent service and integrity.

  Not having the equipment to rotate tires when they offer a free tire rotation with oil change seems sketchy. Not interested in going back here.
