  Had low oil within a week of taking my brand new pickup to this store. Went to Harleys down the street and they showed me the filter and the oil pan nut was only hand tightened. Over $100 synthetic change and they couldn't even do the basics of the job. Will not go back and would not recommend.

  The crew at my local Valvoline station are friendly, fast and efficient. I only go there for oil changes.

  I have tried a lot of oil in my days and this was the first Valvoline that I have been to in Minot. I have to say, super pleased. When he showed me the dip stick and that oil was as clean as it was, I knew the guys knew what they were doing. And when I got home and tasted the oil for myself, that was all the proof I needed. The guys at this place are professionals. Could I change my own oil? Sure, but that's like saying I could cook my own ravioli instead of having a professional chef do it. Get your oil done here, you will not regret it!

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured to purchase additional services. The entire oil change was completed quickly, and I left confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future service!
