  Rented a car that I needed to get to Grand Forks for a major surgery. I called the day before and that day of my flight back to Minot before take off to make sure my car would be ready. The employees reassured me that the car was there and ready. I landed and the employees there said they didn’t have a car for me and accidentally rented out all their cars that could leave town. I asked if they could let me take a different car of theirs to Grand Forks that they try to keep in town and they said no and if I tried to take a different car to Grand Forks I would get charged a bunch of fines. I asked what they could do for me to make this right because I needed to get to Grand Forks for an emergency surgery. All they would say is that they tried calling me an hour prior, even though they knew I was on a flight and couldn’t answer and an hour notice couldn’t have changed anything. The staff there were ridiculously terrible to deal with and I couldn’t believe they would screw over someone like that. Thank god the Hertz employees at the airport overheard this entire messed up situation, told the guy off at Enterprise and got me a car to make it back for my surgery.

  Arrived in Minot on Monday with a reservation reserved through our travel agent. Went to the Enterprise location to get the vehicle where the Enterprise rep said they were overbooked and that they had no cars for me. Said the earliest they would have a car would be Thursday. I needed to get to Williston that day. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they just said check with the other car rental places. They were all sold out except Hertz….which I managed to get a car at a substantially higher cost. No hate for the people at the Enterprise desk but I do think that this was unacceptable treatment. Will no longer use Enterprise in the future.

  Dillon at Enterprise was so helpful! I rented through Alamo but he was able to help me over at Enterprise. We drove from Denver to Minot & needed to return the vehicle to rent out another vehicle locally. He was so efficient and helpful in getting this completed for us. We saved so much time; literally in & out in 5 minutes. Thank you so much for the great service, Dillon! -Naomi
