  They need to be more thorough about giving instructions like the credit card had to specifically match the person gttn the car...but if u have a business card. It's no good...they wouldn't let us rent the car still..so need to be more precise with wht they say

  The Enterprise branch in Cape Geradeau Jackson MO is my go to rental location currently until I buy another car. Mario...Jarrett...Gabriel are exceptional and always make sure I am taken care of with Transportation in town. I commend all 3 of them in their professionalism and excellent customer service!

  I wanted to mention exceptional customer service at this Enterprise branch in Cape Girardeau MO. Mr Mario and Gabe are with out a doubt 2 very professional and courteous associates that always make certain my car rentals are taken care of. i can always count on them both to assist me whenever I m in town ensuring I got transportation for business in Cape Girardeau/Jackson MO.

  Reserved a full size car and was given a compact but still had to pay the full size car price. I contacted enterprise several times that same day and never received a return call or anything from them. I looking at have several rental cars this year over the course of the next couple months and right now I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere after only using enterprise for the last few years.

  Told on the day of pick up that they didnt have the rental I reserved so I would be given a substitute. Took over a hour to actually drive off with the rental when I had already checked in early online. The rental was not vacuumed and washed when we got there so we had to wait while that got done. The substitute vehical started malfunctioning on the return back from our trip and then the check engine light came on. We called the emergency line and we're told that since we didnt purchas insurance or roadside assistance that we would have to pay for that ourselves. For a vehicle that I didnt even reserved, but one they picked out! The agent on the emergency line was hard to understand due to his accent. And instead of trying to resolve the issue, he ended the call abruptly when I asked to speak to his supervisor.... I will not use enterprise again
