  Made a reservation for 12pm, im still sitting here at 1:30pm and still dont have a car yet. Seems like a plan ahead was a waste of time.

  Very Disappointing Experience — Poor Communication I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise. Before going to the location, I specifically confirmed that I could rent the car using my debit card. Based on that information, I spent about one hour traveling to the location and also paid for an Uber to get there. However, when I arrived, I was suddenly told that I needed a credit card and that my debit card could not be accepted under their requirements. Nobody clearly explained this to me before I made the trip. I ended up wasting my time and money on Uber just to be told at the counter that I couldn’t rent the vehicle. If the requirements had been explained correctly over the phone, I could have avoided the entire trip and the extra transportation cost. This was extremely disappointing and shows a serious lack of communication. Enterprise should make sure their employees provide accurate information before customers travel to the location. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  1. Charged me for insurance double the amount, Also charged my credit card 2 weeks later for a Toll. Why make a appointment if your car isn't ready? They aren't ready, need to clean, or go get. Parking lot is too small. I recommend go to AVIS/Budget down the road it cost 25 percent less and there was no wait.

  I'm not going to lie. Things started out rough. The van was returned to them prior to my rental in less than ideal shape. The smell was horrible and we found out later that the oil fill cap was missing. The staff at Cape Girardeau Enterprise was amazing though. They immediately noticed and fixed the smell and when we had to purchase the fill cap they reimbursed us completely with an added discount for our trouble. We were completely satisfied with the rental and the service was outstanding. We will be renting again from the Cape Girardeau Enterprise for all of our rental car needs.

  Van was nice. Service was not. Didn't pick me up at time we agreed on. I had to call several times to be picked up. I had reservations for 2 weeks ahead of time and still didn't have a vehicle ready when I got there. Very unprofessional.
