  Dobbs is a great place to take your vehicle for anything that needs to be repaired. The staff are always nice, friendly, very professional and highly knowledgeable. They make sure the customers are always satisfied and that is why we do business with them.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of service and the handling of my vehicle repair. I have invested nearly $1,600 into repairs for an issue that remains completely unresolved, as my vehicle continues to exhibit the same symptoms that originally brought it into the shop. Equally concerning has been the lack of professionalism and customer care during my follow-up visit. Rather than acknowledging the ongoing nature of this unresolved repair, I was treated as though I were a new customer with no prior history regarding this matter. There appeared to be little urgency, accountability, or communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Additionally, during my second Saturday visit, my vehicle sat untouched for approximately an hour and a half while I waited, without any updates or explanation from staff. This level of communication and service is unacceptable, particularly considering the amount of time and money already invested. At this point, my confidence in the diagnosis and repair process has been significantly diminished. The only reason I would consider returning is because of the substantial financial investment already made toward resolving this issue. However, before proceeding further, I intend to obtain a second opinion regarding both the diagnosis and the repairs performed thus far. I expect greater accountability, improved communication, and a clear resolution moving forward.
