  Auto body repair to front fender trim, tire wall, and reconnected a wire. I chose Carstar in Cape because it was the lowest estimate. Once I got it home I noticed a bolt missing from tire wall and the front bumper was loose. When I pointed it out it was only then that they told me that a bracket was missing thus the missing bolt and the bumper has a tear in it. Why they didn’t contact me to tell me this while they were working on it I have no clue. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice? I don’t know. But they gave me another estimate for $1400 if I want them to fix it. Lesson learned, cheaper doesn’t always mean better.

  The front desk clerk has absolutely NO people skills. He is NOT a good representative of your business and does NOT make a good first impression!!! That being said, the work done to my car was impeccable. I am very pleased with the results! Also, I must complement Steven. He gave an accurate estimate of the repair cost and even called to alert me to a slight price increase from my original estimate. Steven kept me informed on the progress being made on my repair/paint job, he delivered me home, and he picked me up when my car was ready! This gentleman deserves kudos! Steven, it was a pleasure meeting and interacting with you: thank you for your courtesy and kindness!
