I made an appointment for a recall. when I arrived, I would told it would take all day. I was offered a ride home. Although, after wait more than an hour, the guy that showed up for shuttle service said my house was too far away. He was told by the service manager to take me anyway and seemed very disappointed. I told them to cancel my order and return my truck to me. It wasn't worth the hassle for the recall.
When the appointment is made, you should tell consumers that they should expect to drop the vehicle off. Advise them that shuttle service is available within 10 miles.
I always have a great experience at Moran. The dealerships are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. I went in for an oil change but also had a recall. They explained it well and took care of it quickly so I could get back to work.
Use to be a Ford guy. Spent $100K for a 2024 GMC 2500 Ultimate. It now has 23K miles. Brought it in for an oil change on April 8th. Was told there was oil in the coolant, has to go to the diesel mechanic to take a look at it. After two months, the mechanic finally got to it and doesn’t think it’s oil, he apparently found a maintenance bulletin that the coolant hoses are deteriorating from the inside out. They have had the hoses for two weeks now and my truck still sits in their lot. After the first two weeks, I was finally told they were a month behind. After the second month, I was finally told what the issue was and told I would hopefully have my vehicle by the end of last week but maybe for sure this week. Nope. Still sits in the lot and no updates unless I reach out. If you’re going to keep my truck for three months because you’re not equipped to service it, tell me up front. Don’t sell diesel trucks if you don’t have the infrastructure to service them. Don’t know if this is a GM thing or just a bad service department. Sorry Ford. Be back soon.

I am so disappointed in my experience here. I have come to this location twice out of convenience and being super close to me. The first time I came here I should have learned my lesson and not return but I assumed everyone has bad days so I gave them another try. Today, I went for a normal oil change. My car is 14,000 miles on it and was told I should get a new air filter every other oil change and should get one today. Not knowing much about my cars “needs” I got an oil change and a new filter. Come to find out, I shouldn’t have gotten an air filter as I have a lease and could have waited much longer if I actually did need a replacement on a lease. However, I felt I needed to get one by being told it’s standard to. Once again feeling taken advantage of by simply being a girl. I then waited 1.5 hours for my oil change. I asked about the status then all of a sudden I got the text saying it was done. It could have been coincidence or they forgot about me. I am not a confrontational person but I am truly so sad and upset. When my car was ready, a random person was dangling the keys at me through a glass door trying to get my attention. He did not even come into the waiting room to speak to me or ask if it was my keys. I had to go out and say “I think those are mine.” Then he gave them to me and walked off. I felt so disrespected and appalled that keys were being dangled at me from yards away like a dog. I have never had such poor treatment before from a dealership and shame on me for trying to cut corners to come here since it is closest to me. I now wasted all my points & money on something I didn’t need and feel like I was just a number to them and not even a human. I’ll never come back to this location.
