  They work their best, but if the car breaks down, they don't give you another car, but that's the problem.

  We have been coming here for years and when it was Vylatel it was great. Ever since Moran took over, it's not the same. The staff is not as friendly as Vylatel and service takes FOREVER. The whole reason for making an appointment is to avoid a long wait. An hour and fifteen minutes and still waiting, this is ridiculous. Vylatel used to offer snacks and drinks for free. Moran expects you to pay for everything. This is not the service that Vyletel spent years building and as lifelong Vylatel supporters, we are very disappointed by what Moran has done. We will be talking our business elsewhere from here on out. Update: Finally got done after an hour and fifty minutes. Ridiculous. They did not reset my oil life, nor did they remove their seat cover/floor mat. But they did change the border on my license plate to Moran from Vylatel.
