  I went this morning up there to clean out my car and they had left the cones opened so me and my husband went in to vacuum. A blonde woman came and scream at us about how they don’t open until 9 when we thought they were open because again they had the cones open and we were in a rush to get somewhere. I understand our mistake of not double checking the time but that’s no reason to scream and be rude when we didn’t know

  This was my very first time ever getting a car wash, and I had so many questions. I didn’t know what to expect or how anything worked, but Jamie, the manager at Zips, was absolutely amazing. She welcomed me with such a kind attitude and patiently walked me through every single step. She explained the different wash options, showed me how to drive in, and made sure I felt totally comfortable the entire time. Even when I asked what felt like a hundred questions, she never made me feel silly or rushed. You could tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure people have a good experience. After the wash, she even noticed a small spot on my back window and took the time to clean it herself, which I really appreciated. The place was clean, the vacuums worked great, and everything just felt smooth and easy. I left feeling like my car had never looked better. Jamie truly went above and beyond, and because of her, I signed up for the Unlimited Wash Club before I even left. She made my first experience such a positive one and I will absolutely be coming back. Zips is lucky to have her, and I hope she gets recognized for how great she is at her job.

  Best car wash in wichita!!! Jamie is amazing with her customer care. Will always choose zips over anyone else.
