I love the staff, they are so nice, always the same people, constantly move with a sense of urgency, always so polite and mever pushy. I do have one suggestion....they only have 1 small fan in the bays and Im not sure if they have any below the bays. GET THESE HARD WORKING AWESOME EMPLOYEES MORE FANS PLEEEEASE!!!!! They deserve it, its only been over 100 here in Wichita for the last 2 weeks.

In spite of the location being fairly busy, I did not get the impression that they were rushing through anything (and consequently missing something), but giving my vehicle the same attention and care they would have had I been the only customer there. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change!

As a young woman with hearing loss, I really appreciated how patient, understanding, and respectful she was while walking me through what my car needed. She made sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

I changed from the n rock location to the n Woodlawn The second time, they didn’t even ask if I wanted the receipt and they were closed right after they worked on my car. then I spent an hour the next day on the phone with customer service, just to get my receipt sent to me.
