  I was charged full price for an oil change and did not receive the full service. The man who was helping said he’s “out of clean filters” so I should find somewhere to get one soon. Yet I was charged. I was also told free of charge, he could check the cabin filter. Turns out there was a $60 charge for the cabin filter I did not ask for. He was pushy when I said no..he said I’ll take $20 off for you and went ahead and changed it anyway. I got halfway service and completely ripped off. Highly do not recommend.

  Max, and Damian did excellent work. Great and friendly customer service. I hope their management teams and corporate are doing the best work to keep the store well supplied and the needed tools on hand.

  Cade and the team at North Rock Rd. are exceptional! Always friendly and informative. I went in with an unknown oil leak. They topped off my oil and told me to call my mechanic. No charge!! Very few businesses would be honest like that. You will get high quality service from this team!!😁

  This was our first visit to Valvoline since moving here from NY four years ago. We were not disappointed. The Customer Service was excellent and we enjoyed conversation with Cade, the manager. George did an excellent job servicing our Jeep. We were told the price upfront and given options which we appreciate it. We will be back.
