  The mechanics seemed very thorough, were very polite, quick & seemed efficient. They worked together seeming to have code words to communicate the job, almost like pilots running down a checklist. They ran through the oil options & gave options for the air filter, wiper blades, supposedly topped off fluids & even let me see the oil dipstick to be sure it was in range!

  Quinton was by far the most degrading technician I have ever dealt with. He was talking down to me throughout the entire experience, which was extremely unnecessary. I had previously gone to the Central location and had a significantly better experience, so I mentioned that I usually go to that location. Instead of simply respecting my preference, Quinton talked down to me about going there. I don’t mind paying for good service, but I expect to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, the way I was treated at this location left a very bad impression. I’ll be going to the Central location in the future, where I’ve had a much better experience. I’d recommend others do the same, at least while Quinton is still working at this location.

  Already submitted a claim; the oil cap wasn't seated correctly and caused me to have a check engine light to come on. When I went back to ask for help, I asked for the engine to be cleaned with solvent to help absorb the residual oil that had been slung around the engine bay. I was told the oil had already been wiped up. Cleaning an engine off with solvent is different than just wiping oil off. I am dealing with oil burning off and the smell coming into the cabin. I'll have to go purchase engine cleaner to fix the problem they created. Not to mention the headache that was caused when I had to drop my car off and arrange for other transportation to get to my job.

  Terrible incompetent service ! My daughter took her car there for an oil & filter, and they did not properly secure the filler cap, which caused check engine faults which cost her a mechanic appointment to address the faults. The loose cap also caused lost oil that spewed over the top of the engine! We took it back to this Valvoline store and all they offered was excuses and they refused to take any action to clean up the engine from the spill.
