  Communication from the tech Matthew was fine at first but that’s all the good I have to say about my experience. Had a very small rock chip on my windshield that his “tool” messed up on and turned it into a giant crack during my repair and also made a mess of my clean car’s paint with hand prints. Was then asked if I’d like to pay for a different rock chip on the windshield to be fixed after being shown that my original small chip which is now a giant crack is beyond repair? Zero common sense and it turned a frustrating situation into a joke of an experience. With his wisdom he suggested I get a replacement from another company because safelites replacements are way more expensive compared to local places and that I’d have to pay full price ($700+) since my scheduled repair on my windshield is no longer fixable and that he/safelite are not liable if additional damage happens during a repair… I know accidents happen but zero effort to make things right on top of nothing but excuses from the tech is laughable. I spoke with a lady at safelite who managed to get the cost down for the inconvenience of having my windshield broken but waiting for that will give me time to look elsewhere.

  Had two windshields replaced recently, each time I had to return to have something fixed. Everyone is very nice and helpful. But I sure wish they could get it right the first time.

  Paul was beyond helpful and took great effort to install a perfect look on an older truck. Price, convenience, just all around a great experience again.

  If you choose the top tier windshield package, the wipers and rain repellant has a separate charge that’s not included even though the website doesn’t state that.$115 extra

  I had a fantastic experience with Safelite from start to finish. Justin was absolutely over the top with his help and professionalism throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely taken care of. His customer service was exceptional, and it's obvious that he genuinely cares about doing the job right and providing a great experience. Justin made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy and hassle-free.
