- EVEmilio ValentinJul 31, 20261.0I've lived in this neighborhood my entire life. I'm 26 years old, and I grew up walking and riding my bike to this QuikTrip. I've always viewed QuikTrip as a place that values its customers and serves the community. Unfortunately, my experience this morning didn't reflect those values. After running out of gas just across the street, I went into the QuikTrip at Pawnee and Hillside hoping to purchase or borrow a gas can. I was disappointed to learn there wasn't one available, and I didn't feel like much effort was made to help me find a solution. I'm sharing this in the hope that QuikTrip's leadership sees it as constructive feedback. Businesses like QuikTrip have built a strong reputation by supporting the communities they serve. When someone is stranded just across the street, having a gas can available—or at least offering helpful guidance—can make a real difference. I appreciate everything QuikTrip has meant to this neighborhood over the years, and I hope experiences like this can help improve customer service for others in the future.
- TDTodd DunhamJul 28, 20261.0I don't know about anybody else but I'm sick and tired of QuikTrip trying to overcharge people it happens to me all the time and it pisses me off because they already think everything they own is gold and then they overcharge whether it be an accident or not I guarantee you they make at least $1,000 a day just from overcharging customers. If it happens to me as often as it does then I guarantee it happens to everyone so hopefully everyone that goes in there is paying attention because they will overcharge you. For example I went in there at 7:00 p.m. which the donuts at that time have been half price for like 3 or 4 hours because they're now hard they're not soft and what do you know they charged full price for both of them for hard donuts it wasn't until I said something that they were like oh my fault yeah it is your fault get with the program and quit trying to screw people! Luckily I pay attention but for those that don't they're getting one over on you and if you don't notice they won't care it seems like they're all out to make quickTrip as much money as possible and they don't care about the customers at all. The donuts are already priced they're not that good but they act like they're gold hopefully everyone starts paying attention because they'll screw you they do it to everybody!
