  They were very prompt in handling any issues that arose in a professional manner. When I arrived, the vehicle I had reserved was not available, but they resolved by giving me an upgraded version. It was nice having no extra stress due to the car rental service. Thoroughly enjoyed using Enterprise and would recommend to everyone else.

  A huge thank you to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car crew in Wichita for going above and beyond when we needed it most. After a long and stressful day dealing with an aircraft mechanical problem, a missed flight, and a significant delay out of Dallas, this rental car was literally our only way to get home to Salina, about 90 miles north of Wichita. What meant so much to us was that the Wichita crew stayed past their normal hours to make sure we could get our rental and finally get home. After everything we had been through that day, their willingness to stay late and help us out was incredibly appreciated. We can't thank the Wichita Enterprise team enough for their kindness, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile. It's moments like this that remind you how much great customer service matters. Thank you for everything you do and for taking care of us when we really needed it!

  Picked up a rental from the washingron location and it was a huge bronco sport. For a mid size I expected a smaller van. This was a giant hood full size and its just alot to try and drive and more on gas. They closed at 2 so we called and the guy on the phone said we could exchange it at the airport. Said he had called ahead and spoke to them. Got there after driving across town for them to tell us the people on the phone knoq nothing and they cant do anything because the are sold out for Monday (its Saturday). The people at the counter were not helpful and just passed the buck on the whole company. We called again and wete told wed be called for follow up so we will see. Nothing can be done now. Overall it is a nice car. Great service st pickup. Just disappointed on the service at this locatio and the serviceom the phones.

  Absolutely horrible experience. My mother and I were making an emergency trip to Kansas City to visit my sister in the ICU. After a flight cancellation, we boarded a flight to Wichita and planned to drive to KC that night. We booked a car before the flight and had received a confirmation email. When we got to the desk, however, the extremely rude woman working there informed us that she had “absolutely no cars.” She saw our reservation in the system, but then proceeded to blame us for not making it at least two weeks in advance. Again: WE had a reservation, SHE had no vehicles, but somehow this emergency trip was OUR fault. Clearly we should have known that my sister would be diagnosed with brain cancer weeks in advance. When I asked what we should do, this woman literally made a shooing motion toward another rental desk and dismissed us. Definitely not what either of us needed at 11:30 PM with a 3-hour drive still ahead of us. I’m honestly still reeling. I understand that this woman isn’t responsible for the booking process, but just the tiniest bit of courtesy would have gone a long way.
