  Got there, was told they didn't have a car for me even though I had booked one. Reservation was for 7am, didn't get a car till around 8:15am. Was told they had other cars but couldn't give me since those were upgrades and had already been booked for other people. Called customer service, was told a manager would call me back to resolve my issues. Nobody ever called back.

  Got a 2025 VW Jetta SE and while using it the speedometer stopped displaying anything and roadside assistance told me that they would exchange the vehicle for me and had me drive 45 miles from my house to exchange it but upon arrival at the exchange location they informed me that they didn't have any cars and they couldn't help me and wouldn't help any further don't rent a car if you have any other options terrible service

  I recently had an unfortunate experience with Enterprise at the airport location that left me fairly disappointed. After booking a rental and arriving at the counter, I was informed there were no vehicles available. While I understand inventory issues and unexpected situations can happen in the rental industry, the interaction that followed was what truly stood out to me. When I approached the counter, I greeted the associate politely with, “Hello, how are you today?” Rather than receiving even a simple acknowledgment or greeting in return, I was met with a blank stare and only, “How can I help you?” I even politely mentioned that when someone greets another person pleasantly, a reciprocal response is generally appreciated. To be fair, I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt — perhaps she was having a difficult day or dealing with stressful circumstances. Still, customer service and professionalism matter, especially in hospitality and travel-related industries. I travel frequently for business and rent from Enterprise locations all across the United States, both personally and through employee travel arrangements. In most cases, Enterprise employees have been pleasant, professional, and appreciative of their customers. That consistency is one of the reasons I’ve continued to do business with the company over the years. However, this particular experience was disappointing enough to make me reconsider future business at this location. A customer may forget a delay or inconvenience, but they usually remember how they were treated. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the level of professionalism and courtesy I’ve come to expect from Enterprise. Because of that, this visit earns a low rating from me.

  Rental experience went very well. Would use Enterprise again. Customer service was great. Especially good service at Little Rock, AR airport!

  I had a car rental reservation, but when I got there , they no longer had any cars. I had to wait until a semi truck brought in more cars
