  Sent us to the airport location and told us they would have a vehicle for us. The manager told us they never even called so we are stuck with a vehicle that has a check engine light on, oil change required, a hood open light that goes off several times an hour, a radio that only plays out of the left side, and glass in the backseat that cut us requiring stitches. We have a 15 hour drive but have had to spend hours pulling over, looking for another Enterprise with inventory, and being sent all over to more people with blank looks on their faces like nobody is home. We have made multiple calls and have been waiting on a return call all day. You would think if they gave you a lemon, you could just swap it out for a different car without a huge issue. We are happy to pay more. We reported the safety concerns and nothing has been done. There have been available vehicles but when they hear we need to swap, then it has to be escalated and they magically don't have any.

  Took my dad here yesterday to pick up his rental car that he was using while his is in the shop getting some repairs. Seems to be an okay place although his car wasn't ready so we had to come back 2 hours later to get his car (inconvenience 1). The parking there is a nightmare, so stop backing the cars in! (inconvenience 2) Just pull in the spot and get out of the way of the traffic! Also, the same dude that brought the car around from the car wash next door was eating his stinky, looked like some sort of gooy looking pizza pocket or something while in the car. Glad that wasn't dad's car that's kind of gross. Who wants to get a car with the smell of somebody's lunch in it. I personally don't like Enterprise but that's who he picked, so that's where I took him.. I can't comment on the prices as his insurance is paying for it so I don't know what they charge. I can only comment on my personal experiences, with what I encountered.

  If you come in with $100 they will let you cut the line. Lol no joke just be quiet when you ask any of the three dudes and they'll help you out. They told me tomorrow and I offered $100 and he said come in and I cut everyone there. 😂

  The people who work here are very friendly. However the vehicles leave much to be desired. I had to trade out an suv due to the front suspension acting weird, and was put into a compact car. That’s not the issue, the issue is this car smells like marijuana and I didn’t notice till I turned on the recirculating on the ac system. The car is also not clean at all even though they put it through their detailing service right before I got into it.

  Someone rear-ended me and their insurance uses enterprise for the rental cars. I had a reservation with them but none of the enterprise locations had vehicles except this one. Thankfully my mom was able to graciously drop me off. The lobby was full of irritated customers. One man said he had been waiting for 5 hours for a vehicle AND he had a reservation! Thankfully I only had to wait about 35 min. I got into a little Nissan, it did not have a full tank of gas and there was grass in the backseat because the windows were open while the grass was being cut before we arrived. I noticed that the seatbelt signal was alerting to someone needing buckled but nobody was in the seat. I did have my purse in it so thought MAYBE that was it. I took my daughter to the Dr the next day and again the seatbelt signals were dinging. I had to buckle all the belts in the car to get it to stop! The ac started to smell musty as well so I messaged and informed them of the AC and the seatbelts. Finally they contacted me and had a different vehicle for me. A Mercedes Benz. It was very nice but it made me a little nervous about the price. They assured me I wouldn't get any kind of upcharge. So that was nice at least. The collision shop repairing my vehicle called and informed me that my vehicle wasn't ready, that they would reach out to Enterprise and insurance to inform them of the extension. I went ahead and text enterprise of the extension as well. They called to inform me that I went past the return day, apparently they didn't get the messages. I returned the call and nobody answered. I was placed on hold for 16 minutes the first time I called, and then it just hung up. The second time I called a message said "nobody can take my call" and the phone hung up. The day before my vehicle was ready, Enterprise informed me that I COULD leave the rental car at the collision repair shop, but I personally would be liable for the vehicle until they were able to go and pick it up! I can't drive two vehicles at the same time, and I knew the day my vehicle was ready, I HAD TO turn in my rental car. I don't have people in my life who can run me across town. So I left the Mercedes at the collision repair shop. I drove by the next day and the Mercedes was STILL sitting in the parking lot! Enterprise wasn't too worried about getting their vehicle back I guess. They called me today, 5 full days later to tell me that I owed them money for not turning the Mercedes in at the right time! It really makes me wonder how long they let that vehicle sit at the repair shop before someone went and picked it up. I took pics of the vehicle in the parking lot. I filled the tank to the top, even though once AGAIN they gave me a vehicle that didn't have a full tank of gas, I took it through the car wash and vacuumed. The vehicle was in better condition when I left it, than when I picked it up from Enterprise! I hope and pray I never need to rent a vehicle due to an accident again. But I REALLY hope that I never have to rent from enterprise again. "Enterprise, we'll pick you up." Might be their slogan, but what they mean is, "We'll pick you up if we have time, and when we get around to it."
