  I woke up Saturday morning to car issues. I got my car to the shop and needed a vehicle for a week to drive. I went to the 37th & Woodlawn location and all vehicles were reserved. I uber'd to No Webb location and dealth with KC and Grayson. KC asked me if I had a reservation and once I explained I did not because I didnt have "wake up to car issues on Saturday" on my calendar he was most accommodating. I explained I didnt care what they had just needed a vehicle to get to work. I rented it from Sat to Sat which KC advised was cheaper. I am grateful and have no issues with the vehicle. KC was kind, professional and respectful. Grayson complete the final check out and look over with me. I am thankful for their help at the last moment!!! Leah P

  I had a Hyundai Kona while the Honda was in the body shop. I just called about returning it tomorrow. Cole or Colt answered, put me back on hold without saying anything else. I waited two minutes and hung up. Next time I'll get a ride home and back to the body shop from a friend. I can go without a rental car. I am not feeling like a "valued customer".

  Hours to get anyone to answer. Poor communication they do not document updated information was charged extra because they didnt pickup car at shop when they were notified of date location and enterprise was instructed me to do so as it was after 5pm. Body shop who also called them had keys to come pickup and didn't. Beware

  Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. My reservation was for a sedan, and the confirmation clearly showed a vehicle class such as Toyota Camry, Chevrolet Malibu, or similar. Instead, I was given a low-quality SUV that was not what I reserved and did not feel like a fair or comparable replacement. I have rented vehicles several times before, and in my experience, when the reserved vehicle class is not available, the rental company usually provides a proper comparable vehicle or an upgrade. That did not happen here. This felt like the opposite — I reserved a sedan and was handed a poor-quality SUV. On top of that, the rental was only supposed to be around $37.94, but this location placed a $300 temporary hold/authorization on my card. I have rented before and had not experienced that kind of hold for a small rental like this, and it was not explained clearly enough. I understand substitutions can happen, but customers should receive a fair replacement and clear communication. This location failed on both. Overall, this was a poor experience: wrong vehicle class, bad substitution, unclear communication, and an excessive hold compared to the rental amount. I would not recommend this location and would not rent from this office again.
