  This location has always been a struggle to work with. However today my experience by far has been the worse. I scheduled the pick up service to have a ride from the repair shop to get the rental car. Me and another lady ended up waiting for a hour until we Uber over to the location. Once arriving at the location the manger Marquel informed us to have a seat. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I asked him, how much longer bc I was already late getting back to work. He stated it will be a while in a snarky tone. I then changed my tone with him and explained the situation and once again asked how long, he then stated a few hours or for me to return at 530. I told him both of those times do not work for me he then stated well answer your phone then when I call. I did indeed miss the call due to me being at work, however attempted to call back the location more than once and waited on hold to then be hung up on. After stating that to Marquel he then stated he is canceling the reservation and was not going to help. For him being a “manager” he sucks at problem solving, organization, customer service, and acted very childish to cancel to the reservation. I work in customer service and understand the struggle working with the public. But the way he handle the situation shows why this location is so dysfunctional and not successful. Even while waiting in the lobby other customers commented on the location and the service being provided. This location needs help and more staffing as well as a better leader/manger. Marquel does not exhibit any leadership or management skills in the 5 minutes of interacting with him and 15 minutes of observing his workmanship. The first change I would initiate is a new manager. I did call enterprise 800 number and explained the situation and currently waiting for a response from the district manager.

  Enterprise was easy to access, the people were very helpful, the price was competitive, and the car was excellent.

  The guys were quick to get me in a car and back on the road. They fixed a pricing error quickly once it was brought to their attention. When I went in to close out my contract and open another one, it was seamless. They were even able to keep me in the same car. I will be renting cars for the next three years minimum. This will be my company of choice and the Webb Road location in Wichita will be my location of choice.

  Reserved a luxury car (due to comfort needs for back problems) over a month before I needed and checked in on the app the day prior to pickup. Got to the location and they “couldn’t find” my reservation in their system even with the confirmation number. I even showed them the reservation in their app. On top of that, they didn’t have any comparable cars available. They didn’t even call to let me know that they didn’t have the vehicle. They wasted a ton of my time trying to figure it out. If I could give 0 stars I would. Left me stranded for a work trip!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
