  Rented through Costco travel site days earlier. All good until we arrived to pickup the intermediate SUV we wanted. They said all they had was a jeep wrangler. When we complained the employee said its considered a Intermediate SUV and it was all they had. As a 70 year old with a handicapped placard who cannot climb up into this monstrosity, I had to get a stool from Walmart just to climb in and it was painful. Never again! The price was higher

  I did not have the best car rental experience this time. I have used Enterprise many times in the past but time I was very u derwhelmed. Upon returning the car, Jay was VERY HELPFUL and UNDERSTANDING. He definitely made everything right.

  A clean, well-maintained, and extremely fuel-efficient vehicle. Employees friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will without question use Enterprise on Webb Rd. in Wichita, KS for all future rental needs. Best of any rental experience to date.

  Horrible experience… first they let multiple ppl book rentals for cars they didn’t have available granted they called to tell me but my old number was still on my account so I missed it (my fault) but a call the night before doesn’t really leave much room for planning. Next my credit card statement posts the day after I was due to get my rental so I called in advance to see if they required a credit card and was told no. When I find out they don’t have my vehicle class I tell the person I was with that I should have kept the other reservation I had but they needed a credit card. The branch Manager Marquil decides to rudely interrupt our conversation to say that for that vehicle class I was getting I would have needed a credit card there as well and that I when I called I asked a general question “Do I need a credit card?” and they gave a general answer “No as long as I have a Kansas Drivers License.” As a business if asked a question you should FULLY answer it. “No you don’t need one as long as you have a KS DL unless you want this or that” or ask me questions to see what I need in a rental to be able to answer my question correctly. Lastly once he started to ARGUE with me the CUSTOMER I told him I refused to argue with him and ask him to stop talking to me and he decided to tell me since I didn’t want to “talk”to him I would not be getting a car and told me to get out of the building. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he threw up that he was the branch manager. Very unprofessional. Can’t correctly answer a question than to be the person escalating the argument as the branch manager is crazy. Then to throw me out when I deescalate the argument you created is crazier! I will not be returning to this location.
