  The Washington location is amazing! Shaq and Trey were so sweet and amazing. From picking up the car to dropping it off. We did have a little problem with the company on the phone and with people at another location but Shaq ans Trey rectified the situation. 10 out of 10 my freind and i agree we would come back and rent a car from them. The car was amaing and did so great on our trip. I would highly recommend getting your rental car from this location

  Had to get a rental due to car issues. Shaquoy and Trey described the process to me fully to make pick up and drop off easy. Made a stressful situation way less stressful!

  Definitely a great experience, definitely will rent from again, the lady told me they didn’t have any safe cars that I was supposed to get so they gave me a free upgrade and the car was very nice, Staff was AMAZING whole process went very smoothly.

  My experience with this location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I first called to arrange a one-way rental, I was told the staff could not set one up and was repeatedly instructed to call someone else instead. I find it hard to believe that employees are not trained to handle a basic one-way rental reservation. When I asked to speak with the manager, the employee mentioned the manager was standing right next to him telling him what to say. I was then placed on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I finally gave up and completed the reservation online myself. On the day of pickup, the experience only got worse. As I walked into the office, an elderly customer was leaving, and I overheard employees making rude comments about her because she seemed a little confused. That immediately gave me a poor impression of the professionalism at this location. When it was my turn, the staff could not locate my reservation even after I provided the confirmation number. The manager became dismissive and spoke to me as though I was at the wrong location or didn’t know what I was talking about, even though I was at the correct branch. After eventually finding the reservation, I discovered I had been assigned an SUV instead of the sedan I had specifically reserved for better fuel economy. The condition of the vehicle was also unacceptable. It was dirty inside, and there were even dead bugs on the steering wheel, making it obvious the vehicle had not been properly cleaned before being rented. To make matters worse, after driving approximately 11 hours, I reviewed my rental agreement and realized the paperwork listed an entirely different vehicle than the one I had actually been given. Discovering that I was driving a vehicle that didn’t match the rental agreement was extremely concerning, especially knowing I would be returning it to a location 11 hours away. After the trip, I emailed the district manager to explain everything that had happened and hopefully discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I never received any response. Overall, the lack of training, poor customer service, unprofessional behavior toward customers, dirty vehicle, incorrect paperwork, and complete lack of follow-up made this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
