- JMJM M2 days ago5.0Thank you to the senior agent who upgraded me to the SUV today. I was initially stressed about the change, but the vehicle handled the 30 mph highway winds and big gusts perfectly and was so nice to drive. I also want to give a special shout-out to Trey, who was patient, kind, and competent when explaining the details to me during check-in. His excellent customer service helped me to understand everything and I truly appreciated his help.

- JPJustin PettyMay 6, 20261.0I had a reservation today at 9am. I came just after 11. They told me that after 2 hours I lost the vehicle. I waited for 4 hours in the store before cancelling my reservation that I booked last weekend. While sitting there I went through all the terms and conditions (the fine print) and I couldn’t find anything about loosing the vehicle if you are running late. Then I looked up the policy and it said most locations hold a vehicle 24 hours with some locations only holding for 4 hours. I was 2 hours late. So inside the window on both situations. And, zero communication. They didn’t call and ask me if I was coming that I was losing my vehicle. Zero communication. I have pretty much been exclusive with Enterprise. Now I am leaving on my trip late and will have to get a hotel. I hate writing negative reviews and make an effort to write only positive reviews but this is an exception. I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. Unbelievable
- LLLuigiApr 27, 20265.0Had to drop off my work vehicle for a minor mechanical issue. Our POC Krystal was awesome (as usual), Shaq was both helpful and knowledgeable, and Curtis was fantastic. Collectively they made what could have been a painful experience totally seamless. The corp. bean counters should take notes from these folks on how to provide a top notch fleet customer experience, because the front facing folks are dialed in!
