  Extremely Disappointing Experience I was directed by my insurance company to this rental location to pick up a vehicle. I waited over 30 minutes, only to be told at closing time that they no longer had any cars available. What is especially frustrating is that I had followed the instructions I was given and waited there, only to leave without a vehicle and with no solution until the next day. Because of this, more time at work was missed. This was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience. If you know you don’t have vehicles available, or can’t guarantee a vehicle customers should not be sent to your location, made to wait, and then turned away at closing. There was no consideration for the inconvenience or the additional time and work I lost. I expected much better communication and customer service.

  I HATE the rental car process, but I will always use Enterprise now. The guys that work at the West Kellogg location in Wichita deserve so much praise. Not only did they help me get in a vehicle ASAP when I was in a wreck, but they took incredible care of me through the process. The morning of my return I called the store because of a charge on my bank account, and I FREAKED OUT on the guy on the other end. (I was angry with the situation not the employee). He was INCREDIBLE. He let my frustration roll off and was still able to help me so well. Thank you so much to all the great guys at Enterprise, you rock!!

  The Enterprise car rental on West Kellogg has been one of the most positive experiences I can remember in a long time. Brandon and his team were so helpful and I commend them on their excellent customer service. I definitely would recommend them and will continue to rent from them in the future. Thankyou!

  We had to rent a car because ours is in the body shop. The rental car started to smell a little so I called and asked if we could switch it out. Easton helped me out a lot and made the process very easy. He even went above and beyond by calling to let me know that my wife had left a prescription medication in the console. Thanks, Easton!

  Customer service and being kept up to speed on everything went above and beyond all of my expectations! I will definitely always use Enterprise for car rental needs.
