  I got a free upgrade to a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Return was super easy.

  Brandon and Willow have been so pleasant the past few months with 2 issues with my car. I’ve had to have rentals. They have been helpful, keeping me updated and a pleasure to work with while my car has been getting fixed. Thank you both!

  This location is awesome! The guys are always helpful, honest, and fast. We have rented here for years and I'm always happy with the customer service and quality of vehicles. Today in particular, Ben was a champion! They were very busy and he remained calm, friendly, and swift. I made an error and he got it corrected in no time. Thanks Ben!! We will continue to come back!

  I had already reserved vehicles with two other agencies and was told sorry they were out of vehicles today but they will give me my money back in 14 days. I’m on a budget and that is a long time for me to wait for two rentals I never used. So I decided to go with the best but most expensive. Thinking as long as it gets me on the road. I get it and it’s twice the amount of the others but I have to take this trip so I book it. Only to call before my pick up to verify and be told not much longer don’t call us we’ll call you. It’s now three hours from close and hours from my pick up time. I am now late for my appointment. I go up there only to be blown off by the clerk and told hay you might get lucky and get a car today. But if not is what it is. I hear her say there’s another vehicle but not like I ordered. Then she well it’s ok we have time. No we don’t have time. I am late and you don’t even care to know what my needs are. I don’t feel they will get me a car today and I feel they are just picking who gets one and who does not. So I set here outside in the heat waiting.
