  In all my years of being a travel agent and using Enterprise for personal and for customers, I have never been so disturbed by the customer service that I was shown at this location. On September 18, I rented a car, Everything was cool at first, and then I go to pull off the lot and realize the low Tire pressure light was on so I had to turn around and go back. They put air in the tire but then I was told that I would be charged a certain amount. I was charged $59 more and even though I got it back when you go on a trip. $59 matters to some people actually most people. Because the tire light and confusion on the payment, it caused an hour delay for my trip, I was literally in tears because I was just trying to get on the road to go put flowers On the graves of my mother, Father, Brother, And my six-year-old son, that was my only child, I lost them all at The same time due to a car accident. But I got it back so here it is two weeks later and I noticed a toll charge on my card. I was told that if I was charged a toll, it would be refunded so almost 2 weeks goes past and then I realize the charge which is four times the amount of what the toll actually was I called and spoke to someone and they were basically Telling me that I have to pay it and I said it’s four times the amount they was like well I don’t know what the amounts are. It’s just a charge that you have to pay. That’s not what I was told but the way that this man spoke to me, was so unprofessional and rude. I’m surprised he even has a job when his customer service isn’t even good enough to flip hamburgers so I called back multiple times. Finally got somebody else to be told what I was originally told in the beginning that all I needed to do is show proof that it was charged and it would be refunded so why didn’t the other employee say that? Why was I treated like trash or dirt by somebody that don’t even know how to do his job when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he basically laughed in my face and said everybody’s busy. I have never had a problem with Enterprise before, but I would definitely not suggest going to this location because the people working there have no sense of respect. They don’t know how to do their job apparently and have very smart mouths. Maybe it’s because they’re a younger generation, maybe it’s because they hate their job but you should never treat a customer the way I was treated today. And to the representative that Responded back you sure make it sound good on Google But you lied I did what you told me too call the one 800 number was told the And here it is days later and it’s still not, I’ve requested for a manager to contact me and nobody has, Once again, I’m treated like I’m a problem when I was lie I’m treated Less than nothing by this company, people need to be made aware Their bank after renting a car from enterprise

  Can't get anyone to answer the phone to check on rates. Uses an AI system that is unable to answer questions. Will use another service in the future.
