- KKKyle4 days ago5.0This is my second time using Chance Transmissions. Both experiences were fabulous. I had a differential rebuilt from my ‘68 Charger, and just had a transmission replaced in my ‘77 Corvette. They installed a new trans and clutch that I purchased elsewhere, a job many other shops probably would have turned away. Josh was a pleasure to work with and answered every question and concern, and did everything he said they would do. They even came in about $500 under the original estimate. Chance is the only transmission shop I will use. They do high quality work, have integrity, and treat you with respect!

- JJJenniferMay 11, 20265.0I went to Chance Transmissions because a coworker recommended them. My experience with them started about 6 months before I actually got work done. They performed a free diagnostic. After calling me and getting my okay to do a further assessment (which incurs a service fee) putting my car on the lift, they confirmed my suspicions that I was having a transmission issue. I even took my car to another shop, they confirmed the same, and provided an estimate to replace the entire transmission. Jeff at Chance Transmissions gave me two options, repair or replacement. The estimate was reasonable and comparable to the other shop. They passed the parts warranty along to me, but it would have been a more solid and easier decision for me if they had warranted the labor piece. I went through with a replacement and so far so good.

I was charged $122 for nothing I told them what the problem was but because they put my truck on the lift to check my transmission fluid level I was charged what they call a lift fee. They have the right business name Chance transmission your definitely taking a chance if you take your vehicle there. Highway robbery.
