  I can't even talk about how upset I am with the titling and registration process. We paid $6600 total for property taxes and registration fees to get this 5th wheel registered. It's been almost 2 months with no title or registration paperwork being sent. I call and call and get told a hundred different lies about the status. And not one person has actually followed through with anything that they told me they would. They talk a good game and say that they will get it taken care of in "15 minutes" just to get you off the phone with them, and hours go by with no responding email or phone call. Now they are closed, and I'll have to wait 3 more days to even be able to call back to get another broken promise from them.

  They are very good at making a sale. Everything after that is a joke. We live 4 1/2 hours from the location, and thought that everything was set up the way it was supposed to be. When we arrived to take delivery, they failed to do as promised. We are still get the run around and empty promises, even a simple return call from Patrick (Service manager). I have been nothing but kind and patient up to this point. They are pointing blame at the manufacturer. When it was them that did a hack job, that my 13 year old could have done better! When I call the manufacturer, they have no warranty claim in the system..... In short if you are planning on buying a camper, with no plans on being taken care of after you sign.... this is the place!

  1st time visiting Camping World and both Parts and Service Departments amazing out of this world customer service!!! 1st time RV owner of a 2007 Sun Seeker and learning a lot from the Camping World crew. Specifically, Kyle Wheeler Service Advisor and Pat Tanner Fixed Operations Advisor. Went into Camping World for 2 problems and it turns out Pat discovered a 3rd problem that completely slipped past me: the "foot" that holds the awning leg to the body of the RV in place was broken and hanging on by a wing and a prayer. I bought the part and Pat fixed it on the spot in the parking lot!!! My other two problems (one a mirror and another other broken awning "foot" which was in stock at Parts) Kyle worked for over an hour just for me...all that was required by me was PATIENCE...He did all the footwork....he searched and searched and called and called until he found the part I needed. My first impression of Camping World and its customer service = 10 stars does not do it enough service. This was my first time ever there ya'll...no lie no kidding. All I can say is "WOW...SUPER IMPRESSED"! Thank you Camping World and Pat and Kyle and a nice lady that greeted me in Parts and a nice young guy (darker skinned, beard, baseball cap) also very nice and helpful, your Newest loyal customer.

  We loved this huge Camping World! We drove up from SW Oklahoma to trade an older Camping World camper in for a new model, visted the service center for some minor fixes and new hitch. We then bought add ons for the new camper. Everyone was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Collin our salesperson did a great video of the camper we were interested in before we drove over 3 hours to see it. Shawn the sales manager made sure we got everything we needed. He took care of the trade and straight forward pricing with no unnecessary add ons. Finance was a breeze and got us in and out quickly with zero surprises. The Service Department are definitely a team and they got the new hitch installed and setup. They did numerous things for us over the weekend and were a pleasure to deal with both days. Pat took good care of us with a minor issue and explained how the 24/7 tech support works or his own personal cell number if needed, Wow! Birda in the accessories department was so kind along with all the others who verified that an accessory would fit my camper. While my husband was with the camper down at the service center, I bought some bulky items with Birda's help and advice. She even drove me back down to the service area in the golf cart with everything loaded. Every time you walk in the door, you are greeted by people who actually want to help you. The entire complex is fully staffed, friendly and helpful. We are so glad we drove up to this Camping World. Oh...if you need to stay overnight near Camping World, Air Capitol RV Park is 2.5 miles away and very nice.
