If I could give a -5 rating I would it was my first and very last time renting from any budget, I rented a one way an from here to PA only took me a day non stop , I get to my drop off before 24 hours no one was there so I filled off the paper an drop it off in the drop box , I called the next day from my drop off location an they said they can’t close it because they tried to reach out an no one response… so I tried to call and nothing either, all I wanted was my receipt an deductible back , so I call up customer service an they said they emailed the place okay cool.. I check my account on my card an im -$700 , I called customer service explaining the issue they told me I was charged for an extra 4 days…. I only had the car little under 24 hours , i am furious at this point so I ask the agent for his name my case number an reservation number you gave me all of the information except his full name an just hangs up , so now I’m down $700 did not get my $200 deductible did not get my receipt did not get no updates no type of communication at all , this is the worst experience I had with renting a car you lost a first time customer, I feel robbed dam near $1000 you guys took from me an I can’t even get a update what’s going on , you guys but me in a position where I can’t feed my family because I’m negative for no reason, I demand a full refund on EVERYTHING + a gift card for inconvenience.

Was quoted 05:09/22 rental car return-I first ask to be sure if they take equity bank card and they said yes…I asked to extend 3 more days- my 7 days rental quoted from their website is $466 for 7 days and they want me to pay total of $1050 for just 3 additional days - they were putting Additional 3 days and is $500+ extra…..and NO they don’t take Equity bank card…..

Budget Wichita has really nice cars for what you pay. Only issue is sometimes they do not have what you reserve.

Each of my past four rental experiences with Budget has been negative. My final reservation was two hours later than the reserved time, forcing me to miss an appointment. Despite my phone calls and repeated emails to Budget’s Customer Service office, no one ever responded. I’ll never use Budget again, and I would encourage you to reserve rental cars from any other rental company. Budget is not worth the headaches it creates. Terrible customer service.
