  Terrible...my new credit card was declined due to the back only not activating it... But I was told because they scanned it once they cannot scan it until another 24 hours 🤣🤣🤣 what a joke...is that really policy? Go to Avis on East Kellogg by Burlington coat factory... They are way better and easier

  First of all they didn’t have what I rented when I got here. I prepaid for a rental and brought it back early and was denied a refund. Call center employees are hard to understand and they told me I agreed on the pre pay that there are no refunds. If I knew that I would not have prepaid. I will NEVER rent from here again.

  I rented a minivan for a trip and when I went there to pick it up on the day of my trip they tried to give me a ford transit. The rental stated it would be a caravan or similar. A transit has 2 folding seating seats where the trunk would normally be with no where to put your feet, a 3 person bench in the middle ( making it very difficult for people in the back to get in an out) and a very small trunk. It was nothing close to being comparable to a caravan. On top of that, the woman started lecturing us about the cost if we bring it back dirty. I opened the door and the car had popcorn and garbage under most of the seats.
