    If I could rate it a 0 I would. It made the start of my trip awful. We originally had made reservations a couple months in advanced. Right before the trip I wanted to call and check on the reservations, how much the cost was and ask for a specific car, we’ll they didn’t have the reservation anymore so we made a new one. Corporate than said everything was good. We go to pick up the car once we landed than all the sudden they have both reservations, our age was an issue (even though we put our age in the reservation with corporate), tried charging us MORE than DOUBLE what I was told from corporate and for some reason my credit card was declined and they couldn’t take that card for 24 hrs. It was a mess, we ended up going to enterprise right next too budget and they were AMAZING!! Rate 11/10. After dealing with budget thinking we were stuck in a new state and a 2 day drive away from home enterprise got us in a car in less than 20 minutes. FYI this is a franchised budget I guess that was the issue was when all called to confirm everything I talked to corporate

    DO NOT USE!! - Garage attendant is rude - Over-charged me for fuel - didnt get vehicle I rented, manager Jackie not responsive/willing to work it out. I have been fastbreak for years and use many budget locations many times per year. Most locations are very good, but I will no longer use this budget location. I have had three poor experiences here. Sad but true.

    The most disrespectful rental experience ever. The red headed woman working at 7pm 2/5/18 ..give her credit for me never looking your company's way again. Sloppy , lazy and it cant be policy to deny service to patrons at a air port with no rentals???? sit on your rump on your cell phone at front desk for over an hour and get paid for it.... great image budget!!
