  I have been waiting for almost 2 hours. The rep never has even said hello or acknowledged that I am here. I reserved this car months ago, yet they took walk-ins before helping me. They guy is just now washing my car almost two hours after my scheduled time.

  Scheduled my pickup at 3pm, then plans changed and called a few days prior to move it up to 9am. Changes were made quickly without issue. Chuck was there during pickup and drop off and was swift and clear with the process. A bonus was that instead of the sedan that I reserved, I ended up with a Mustang. Might not have been that great if I was planning on needing the space, but I was happy to take a sportier option.

  I will do my best to convince anyone and everyone to not use this company. The lack of communication (ignoring 5 emails and a voicemail), the nickle and diming, and the overall terrible people is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever incurred in nearly 40 years. Charging 700 dollars for a rock chip, ignoring all emails while I go through insurance, not answering any phone calls, just terrible. If I can convince just a single person to spend the extra 15-20 on Enterprise/Hertz/anything else, then at least I will feel somewhat better.

  Have rented multiple times through the years and have always been treated fairly and reliably. And the cars they provide are always in great shape and well optioned.
