  Horrible. They offered charged me so much and had to jump through so many loops just to get a hold of them. This is the worst experience I’ve ever received

  This is one of the worst rental agencies I have dealt with in 6 yrs of renting cars for work 2 to 3 times a month. When I went to pick up the car, which I had prepaid for with Budget online, I was told I needed to have the same card for the deposit. I had left it at home. I was made to pay again. I have never had to do that before. I prepay all the time for myself and for others and it never mattered what card was used for the deposit. I was told to call the 800 number to get a refund for one of the payments. After speaking with them, I was told that the rental agent was wrong and there was no policy requiring that. When I returned the car, there was no one in the garage for returns, so I had to park it in a spot. I spoke to someone from Avis who was in the garage and they suggested I bring the keys to the inside counter, which I did. Again there was no one there and no drop box. There was a sign someone would be back in a few minutes, but I had a plane to catch and no time to wait, so I had to leave the keys behind the counter. After my first flight landed, I could see I had two missed calls from them and as I write this, I have been unable to reach them and have no idea what the issue is. Super inconvenient from start to finish and will not use this agency again. Ever.

  Called a few hours ahead to let us know that our car wasn't available then HORRIBLE communication, overcharged us, then couldn't get through to dispute the claim. Wichita, KS airport location.

  Horrible experience for the 2nd time and final time. The first time staff was rude, unprofessional and nasty while making the reservation. Spoke to the manager regarding this and he was just as bad! The second time was today, I made my reservation for a 7 passenger van and received a call from Katie from the Hutchinson, KS branch 5 minutes before pickup and one hour before closing time that they could not find a van and took it upon themselves to get me a 5 passenger truck! Are you kidding me! How professional is that to not call a customer and give them a chance to have other options. Contacted manager in Wichita, KS, Adam, and he offered no concern or help! Please.... use another company to make sure you are not in a situation like we are currently in. I gave only one star because it would not allow me to leave all blank. I will be speaking with corporate first thing Monday morning. Due to me calling from my business phone all my calls are monitored as well. So let's just see how corporate respond to their employees. They need Undercover Bosses to clean up removing both Adam, Katie and all the staff in Hutchinson, KS on 30th street.
