She hung up on me and gave me the worst treatment over the phone when I called back and ask why she couldn’t help me she continued to be disrespectful and explain they couldn’t come out because they don’t have tows big enough for my vehicle instead of just explaining that she had a terrible time and just disconnected the call! That was extremely rude and I highly DONT RECOMMEND! Rude rude rude rude

While I was still talking to her and explaining the situation, she simply hung up on me without any warning. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat a customer. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

Bud Roats towing made towing my car way less stressful and had amazing communication with both the dispatch and the tow truck driver. They will definitely be my first call if I ever need a tow again.
