  Got a nail stuck in tire. Another tire shop said tire was too damaged to repair and it needed to be replaced. Went to Bosley's expecting to get new tire. They did the repair in a very timely manner. Based on this and previous experience, they get a thumbs up. 👍

  I was impressed at the speed took my trailblazer into get an alignment done thought itd be done next day but i didnt even get out parking lot and they had it in looking at it and getting it done took maybe 45 mins from time i walked in to drop it off to the time i paid and left when other places have been a hour and half or 2 and it seems to be driving fine so id say a job well done. Thank you guys for your service. I will be coming back for now on for any service i need.

  Jessie was very attentive to my requests for my muscle car being restored. I traveled 2 hours to pick out the tires and rims and came back a few weeks later to pick them up. It was worth the trips there.

  Intake was easy and the employee made sure what I wanted (specific kind of tire) was what they were giving me. Checkout person was friendly. Work done as expected and completed on time. Waiting room and bathroom were clean. A positive experience, for sure.

  I have been a customer of Bosley Tires for many years. During that time Cornell has done a great of taking care of my needs. Unfortunitly Elijah, the shop manager must not share the same work ethics that Cornell has. Nor does he follow in Ronnie Bosley's footsteps for taking care of the customer. I recently had tires mounted on my wheels for my corvette. To make a long story short, Elijah claims that he never uses pound on weights, that he uses adhesive weights. After traveling 450 miles, I discovered that the brake line was almost severed in two because the pound on weights that they never use on wheels such as mine stuck out to far, and did just that. I called Elijah, and rather than saying "I'm sorry", "What can we do to make it right", "We will do some training w/ the shop to make sure it doesn't happen again". What I got was that it was all my fault because I put the wheels on the car at home. Elijah takes no resposibility for what has happened. Thank goodness I had the car check because other wise there would be two people in the hospital and a crashed corvette. Shame on you Elijah for your lack of customer service skills and not taking responsibilty for what took place. You should be ashamed of yourself. Jeremy the owner should kick you to the curb for what you have done. And Jeremy, please give me a call, a lot of people would like to know who treats their customers like this so that they don't do business with you and make the same mistake I did. Its unfortunite!!!!! You have my number on file.
