I went to exchange an oil filter and get more oil. I was already flustered and having a bad day, but Tiffany helped me and she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and willing to deal with a 45-year-old woman on the verge of tears having a Hormonal breakdown, lol. She offered me a hug and she made my process stress-free, which, in the moment of what I was dealing with, was something incredibly altering to my mindset. She told me to have a blessed day and that’s exactly what I did. I highly recommend using this store and I highly recommend that she gets a raise or acknowledgment of her skills! Thank you, Tiffany. Your kindness meant more than you know.

Management was rude, how to oil filter listed at 599 on the shelf but 699 on the computer, after proving to them that it was still listed at 599 on the shelf they still didn't care it was very rude about the sale, management clearly didn't care

Stopped in today during some really bad weather - raining non-stop. Was looking to get some Rainx for my bike because I was just riding blind with all the water on the windshield and trucks passing by spraying me constantly. As I was paying I asked how best to apply this as its currently raining and not sure if can be applied in the rain. The cashier said it would be best to dry everything, apply, wait then dry off. That seems pretty hard when its raining outside. Well then the cashier tells me to bring the bike around back and they'll open the garage for me to clean everything up. I'm blown away by the kindness and humanity by this crew. Turns out the cahier was Dennis and he's the manager who helped me with everything - including cleaning the windshield and opening the garage. Thank you Autozone for having such great people here and special thanks to Dennis for being a great human being.
