Not impressed with this store. I ordered a transmission from these guys in april which it is now half way through august. And i have not received my transmission that was already paid for in full and they refuse to give me any kind of answer or give me any update on where my transmission is. Trish wont call me back, wont give me updates or anything. I have to keep calling every 2 weeks just for people to make excuses for why they cant give me any information. one girl told me she couldnt give me any information because they were mourning losses at their warehouse that got hit by a tornado, but when i called the following monday they told me that we were 7th in line. ive been 7th in line since the beginning of june. When i called corporate they did absolutely nothing wouldnt even call me back. so im resorting to this. if you need a good auto zone go to the one on hydraulic and pawnne. especially if chelsey is still there. the lincoln location has been very rude will laugh when i call and say my name they say oh you and they leave me on hold forever. would really like some level of professionalism. ive been more than patient. but this is getting a little out of hand.

I go to this store all the time and the service this few months have definitely improved the store manager there is great Joey I believe his name is and the staff is also helpful they even reference me in the correct direction when it's something thag is not available

Jose was great,came in Sunday before closing, just needed one item. He was friendly, checked me out fast, then saw he was the store mgr. Got me antisieze, a spark plug and got me out the door
