  Great tenant car experience at Wichita airport. Sign up for their loyalty program and the line will be less. Quickly served and car was great. Once you have the keys you just exit the facility. Car was clean and fully functional throughout our rental. Alamo app is good for tracking it and making adjustments if needed. Drop off easy and took seconds to drop car and enter terminal. Hassle free experience.

  I will never rent from Alamo again. Apparently, Enterprise owns Alamo and National and this location is not staffed to man the Alamo and National desk. There is a sign stating all customers proceed to Enterprise's desk for assistance. After waiting in line for 40 mins due to the long line from having one person (a second person did show after 20 mins) handle car reservations for 3 companies I was told my car wasn't ready. It will be 20 mins for my vehicle to be ready. I am now still waiting more than an hour past the scheduled pick-up time for my rental car .
